America's actual army is designed around tackling head on fights. North Korea would be slaughtered just like any other country taking the us head on. The odd thing about this war is that the main disadvantage of the US world be worrying about DPRK civilian casualties. @Zodist The US army struggles in those two countries because the insurgents fight guerilla warfare, it is the american special forces that run that war primarily now due to its nature. America's actual army is designed around tackling head on fights. North Korea would be slaughtered just like any other country taking the us head on. And just remember son EVERYTHING we have in our arsenal is better then your's. As for China getting involved, they can get some too we need to lower their pop a bit.

I'd say the US dominates here by about 80 times over

The odd thing about this war is that the main disadvantage of the US world be worrying about DPRK civilian casualties. Contrary to popular belief, our soldiers do not have any desire to slaughter innocent civilians. Unfortunately, the most efficient ways of winning the war would do just that. We could wreck NK's infrastructure, irradiate the ground, and starve out their troops, but millions of civilians would parish.

Also, it'd be extremely risky to fly in DEVGRU (SEAL Team 6) or their army counterpart 1st SFOD-D (Delta Force), even on stealth black hawks, as NK has SAM sites everywhere.
