@xFightingPKx That is not true at all. Especially for Huskies, they howl all the time, its in their genes. Huskies & Malamutes are the closest genetically linked dogs to the wolf. I have a Husky & he howls whenever he hears other dogs, if its on TV, a computer, or in real life. They also howl at sirens a lot of times. Its called a form of communication. True dogs will howl if they're in pain also, but you can clearly tell the difference in their tone & mannerisms if they're in pain
