  • Spawk, please ignore franks, he believes in objective morality.

  • @1000g2g3g4g800999 You now advise adults on how they may wish to interact. I may disagree with this mans politics but unlike the drivel that spews from the circular reason and self fulfilling rhetoric (disguised as logic) of your ideology. He has the ability to say his POV with reason, articulation and debate on a level I doubt your synapses can process. Besides his ability to with such easy clarity point as to the weakness of your ideology is nothing but poetry to my ears

  • @franks2732 Too bad you don't know what my ideology is, I never expressed it to you, I just asked you to prove to me that your ideological preferences for how society "should" function didn't fall back to subjective morality on one of your videos, and you never did. Of course, I'm still blocked, and I doubt you'd unblock me if you saw this.

  • @1000g2g3g4g800999 I will not unblock you and funny enough I got to work out which of your "bogus" accounts to unblock. LMFAO

  • @franks2732 I only have one account, and since you know my views, obviously you should be able to tell me my views.

  • "Circular reasoning" okay, show me how my ideology (which you still don't know) is based on circular reasoning. Go ahead, do it.

  • @1000g2g3g4g800999 Oh i have said it 300 times and spawtalk has a whole series of videos on the subject, why not stop going over old ground and try a fresh new approach. One I like to call reality

  • @1000g2g3g4g800999 Asking franky to provide specifics? LOLs. He's an "adult", adults doesn't have to give a rebuttal. Ageism FTW!

  • @DKshad0w asking a libertarian to provide specifics is the same as asking a lion to eat his veggies

  • @franks2732 You like painting libertarians as "racist" and "religious fundamentalist". You use anything available; real or contrived to accomplish that. You "agreeing" with spawk is no different, he said things you like to hear and you use it, regardless of spawk's other political positions. You are the one that uses empty rhetoric, hyperbole, logical fallacies and ageism as arguments. You don't hear specifics from libertarians because you ignore them. Like you are ignoring 1000g2g3g4g800999.

  • @DKshad0w it shoe fits

  • @franks2732 It's easy when you use really big shoes.

  • If you want to argue that multiple legal agencies harmonizing is more chaotic than current state law, despite the examples of harmonization between states and between levels of law within the same states, and between insurance companies settling out of court to save money, and the historical polycentric legal systems that worked despite greater geographic isolation and hence greater chance for monopoly than today, or you wish to say the stateless law merchant didn't work, that's another debate.

  • The reason you need to assume a functional polycentric legal system is because if that doesn't work, then the issue of defense will never come up. So the problem cannot even be addressed.

Your argument was that in the absence of states, there is no incentive for activism like there is now. This assumes an absence or near-absence of states - that is a global or near-global stateless world.

You don't understand why I'm putting forth these assumptions because you don't understand anti-statism.

  • The potentiality of the re-emergence of the state does not really concern me and is not a case against anarchy, I see history as cyclical not linear or cumulative, perhaps when anarchy returns state tendencies will be neutered the way anarchistic tendencies are today(see society against the state by clastres)so long as my life and context is not effected who cares.Remember the hunter gatherer epoch has lasted longer then civilization which is coming apart at the seems now.

  • He can't think of anyone who'd ever go "gee, that's the law, i guess that's the thing to do"? lmao

  • I have been saying for over a year now... ever since I even learned about the whole "anti-statist movement", that the state is an emergent property of society. I seem to remember you disagreeing with me back then. :)

  • @eagleeye1975 Don't be too happy, you don't know what Spawktalk's state has in store for you : P

  • The state emerging from the world prior to states is not in dispute. In fact in my first video, "anarchy is emergent", I addressed that very argument. You're straw-manning and you don't even know it.

  • So your argument is that due to psychology, states will always reemerge? But what about the efficiency of an anti-statist system? Is it just a tragic reality that anti-statist societies cannot be maintained or is it a good thing? Without anti-statism I'm just left with minarchism, and you always make me doubt myself. But then Ryan responds and I'm renewed of confidence, but then you come back again... Maybe I am just intellectual inept. Woe!

  • Our future is tekken!

  • Spawk what do you think of Niggertarianism?

Stop fucking around with these anarchists and deal with the core issues affecting society, namely name freedom and the plight of the niggers.

  • @SecularNumanist What I really like is that no matter what libertarian cloaks their words of hate eventually they simply cannot help but spew their bigotry. Whenever I see you claiming you're ideology is all about "freedumb" I will point to your comments here. The drones will continue to follow but so will your words of hate and racism

  • @franks2732

No this is a joke about a certain user named "Variablast", how can you have not heard of him?

Hes this guy on a mission to change the meaning of "nigger" to human. Hes crazy. You should check him out lol

  • @SecularNumanist well crazy is as crazy are. I look at what you said and judge those words. Not the words of others

  • @franks2732

right well its a joke that you didnt get, which is fine

  • @SecularNumanist franky thinks anyone that doesn't agree with his ideology is a racist/nazi/libertarian.

  • @DKshad0w Nope i certainly do not and have made it quite clear that I actually do not support Squarks position, I just believe the way he schooled your ideologies position and continues to do is a credit to him. Their are many people who's position I do not hold who I have said do great stuff. I give credit where credit is due and point this out. But you guys are nothing but "religious fundamentalists", fanatics for a cause which is so devoid of reality it's laughable

  • Hope to hear your Statist system soon, it's easier to attack then defend.

  • @DKshad0w I plan to end this series with several videos arguing for statism, not against anti statism,Though the two are obviously connected. However, I feel that it may be helpful to point out that my arguments predict that anti statism would lead to a far worse state of affairs than the current soicio-economic landscape in the western world.

  • @DKshad0w There are many interesting things to be said about what kind of state would work best, and that is largely what I intent to address, but to show that it is better than anarchy one only need look outside.

  • Comment removed

  • @spawktalk one only need look outside,That is the key example of the evidence for the success of the state but one anarco capitalists, anarchists and libertarians always fail to address the simple fact that "the state" in some form or another has always existed. Where as the "non state" has not or has been an abject fail. Regardless of their claims "society has always evolved to the state". Even if you disagree with the concept, the proof of history does not lie tbc

  • @spawktalk even if one claims that the "state" is an illogical argument, flawed, redundant and in of itself a fallacy (lol). The concept of this so called "illogical" idea has sure weathered the sands of time. The so called argument that 'without' humanity will in of itself act according to a set of innate principles guiding our actions borders (according to my views) on the delusional. If only reality was so simple to box according to "an all seeing eye" called their logic and reason LMFAO

  • I was playing tetris while watching this video.

  • Eh, I think the debate is the size of a "State" instead of a State or no State.

  • more like cock talk am i rite
