  • i did it without virtual pc it's harmless trust me but dont forget to save ur work

    srry for my english

  • invent

  • works on xp too?

    lets try :3

  • step 1------ install Vista

step 2------ here you go! BSOD! xD

  • @SuPeRlOqUeNdEr03420 haha both me and vista were the result of drunk developers.

  • Really? Vista within XP?

  • i have no problems with Windows Vista i don't know why you hate vista so much....

  • @SuPeRlOqUeNdEr03420 Nice way to call it, Windows ME 2.0. It even can get the RSOD! :O

  • I have Dell Latitude D620 with Windows 7 Ultimate on it and I have never had a Blue Screen of Death ONCE.

    Windows 7 FTW!

  • @fruitzy101 One on my XP:I kicked it and fried the 2 hard drives.TWO!

  • i tryed it doesn't work on xp it says "this is a system process and can't be terminated"

  • muy bueno el programa peor hay q tener bastante ram para tener 2 o3 sistemas operativos

  • @TheChester2149 English, please.

  • When I had Vista Home Premium I got crashes but not as much as everybody says.

  • Here's an easier way in two words: do something.

  • Please show me how to NOT get a BSOD on Vista!! \o/

  • man i have had 10000000000000000000 windows xp eoros and vista but i like windows 7

  • Get Virtual Box or VM Ware, is way better than Microsoft Virtushit PC

  • WARNING ACCESS DEICED! why!

  • @Halo3Sniperhelpers Because Vista tought U was an other user, lol. It always asks permission, and when you click YES for the 3d time, it says, U dont have admin rights. U can turn UAC of though.

  • @Halo3Sniperhelpers make sure ur on administrator. click Show processes from all users.

  • is virtual pc free?

  • @dan2feb yes it is. just go to google, type in virtual pc, and i think it's the first link.

  • @dekiller233 ok, thanks

  • I find the best way to trigger a BSoD is to finish a 10 page project on Word, and not save it. Then BOOM!

  • lol

  • I got windows7 ultimate, vista ultimate, xp pro... Mac osx..

  • 1.- tought the Vista's screen of death was red

2.- thx God i never had one

    3.- nice vid :)

    4.-5/5

    6.-i like waffles xD

  • @jchackman I like pancakes

  • try vista in mac osx with virtual box, vista is so smooth on it. i made a bsod then a rsod then a............ gsod?

  • I'm getting vista for this right now. I only got 1 gb ram and it needs 501mb. Well at least I can borrow ram from my flash drive.. :D. I'm out.

  • You Have Got The Same Video With Me

  • never gotten a crash w/vista.

  • @heavenofficial im 11 and i got the business edition but now i have got windows 7 enterprise and my vista crashed 6 times because i wanted to play flight simulator.

  • People say Vista is more stable than XP because in the CPU, the drivers and kernel are not in the same ring, but, to be honest, all Windows PC's crash. I havent seen any crash or freeze while using Apple's Snow Leopard, seems better over Windows.

  • @heavenofficial yea me nither

  • @heavenofficial rofl then you either a.) never used Vista aka Fist-ya or b.) were only using 08/15 hardware and software or c.) are one lucky son of a bitch

  • how i did it: drop the computer

  • i cant get the screen ( as in get the turn on thingy)

  • Vista, best lookin OS after 7 ;)

  • do i need a cd to install vista on virtual pc i have an xp

  • lol, you run vista in virtual pc for xp ^^

  • Ok ok... if you wanna know these then here...

Q1:Why did it give you a BSOD?

A1:Because you ended a system task also ends explorer which is needed to run explorer.exe

Q2:Why does it say Access denied?

A2:Because you have to have to have admin to do that.

Q3:Why wont allow me (same as Q2)

A3:Because you may have a program blocking you from ending the task.

  • i have virtual pc but none of my virtual machines wont boot they just say improper boot device or something any help oh and im using vista home basic

  • youhave to install an os...

  • install os where the virtual pc cuz i selected an os but i get that and i ran it on unsupported operating system lol

  • that improper boot media

  • can you give me the VHD?

  • Did anybody heard or faced this:

I started Virtual machine and at that moment BSOD shows up !

Question No 1:Why did BSOD showed up

Question:Can i install Virtual PC on 1GB RAM (Windows XP SP3) because i heard that the minimum is 1.25 GB and 2GB recomende

    PS.Please reply

  • No. 1: Because he killed a important system task

No. 2: I was able to run Virtual Pc on my Acer Netbook with only 1gb of ram and Windows Xp Sp2

  • Yes, you can use 2.85gb as highest of RAM on 32bit, on 3.00gb or more you MUST have 64bit version o_O

  • icyshadow0 its not 2.85 GB but ~3.5GB !

  • Wait... so your computer only has 1 GB of ram and you´re trying to run virtualization.....

I guess its possible, you´ll have insane paging rofl...

In other words, you can do it, you´ll just get fail performance

  • what should i choose for my Virtual PC?

    32 BIT/setup.exe

    or

    64 BIT/setup.exe

My real computer Video card is: 128.0 MB

    Pls reply me back :D

  • depends on which bit u have

  • To tell which bit system u have.

    1. Go to start.

    2. Right-Click on Computer and select properties.

    3. This will open a System Window and it will tell u all the details about ur computer, even what bit system u have.

  • CHOSE 32bit just for safety

  • business is better cuz there arent parental controls on it :D

  • Darn, I just tried this with Windows Vista Home Premium and it doesn't work; it tells me "The operation could not be completed. Access is denied." :(

  • well, of course u shut down the principal programm, this doesnt count :D

  • I installed kaspersky on windows 7 on virtual pc and it crashed :D

  • go with unlocker to the windows folder

  • close csrss.exe to make bsod

  • i tried it but it needs a boot cd for it can i download an operating system for the virtual machine

  • what program do i have to close to getthe bsod

  • lol what process you just ended? i wanna try it! lol

  • @wasitrealy CRSS.EXE

  • thats not BSOD, its just an error that happens if u end one sort of process... happend to me

  • that is a BSOD... he ended a nessacary process for windows to run so whe nhe ended it windows couldnt run so a BSOD popped up

  • yeah you got a pc looks like mine!

  • It happened because of many reasons.. My vista now BSod almost every 2 days.

  • Yea but your OS is fouled up bad and it because of something you did buddy.

  • Time to reformat!

  • Just reformat on September 2008

  • Hey! What software are you using? How can you open two windows? I don't remember the name of the software! Can anyone tell me please?

  • He is using Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 if it can help you ;)

  • the reason why that happened is because you stopped one of the system processes

  • I did that in a computer store! LOL it was so exciting, everyone saw it!

And the computer man was so confused, I pwned him LMAO!!!!

  • Nice, lol.

  • I have a video about it in my channel, it's called "My computer adventures at the mall".

    Go and watch it!

  • Ok, watching :P

  • Lol nice 1

  • IT doesnt work. it take to much ram

  • add &fmt=18 after the web address of this page

  • you have an hp pavilion dv5000

  • real bsod's are so scasry, especialy when they keep fucking happenening!

  • you can run vista on xp? 0_o

  • Ye you can, its called Virtual PC or Platform... you can run any OS, well maybe not any but most of existing... Windows, Linux...

  • home premium doesnt crash on its own...unless u do something stoopid like... "Are you sure you want to move System32 to the recycle bin?" plus ur recycle bin looks full so i suspect u ended csrss.exe or just deleted system32 lolzorz iim so smart jk >:D

    (v-'.'-)>,'==

  • big eyes man!!!

  • Pff ! You are stupid !

I can made a BSOD in Windows XP in the task manager by closing some system processus !

Vista hasn't got lots of BSOD...

  • ok... a pair of things...

first, i can make windows vista crash in just one second... it's enough to terminate a system crucial process and everything will be down..

what process did you shutdown in first?

second... i've vista HomePremium SP1 on my pc and i've seen BSOD once. and at next reboot vista warned me for the cause of that: wrong driver...

so it's basically hard you'll get that think if you don't do anything stupid...

  • was tht remote desktop or something you used =S

  • ARE YOU BLIND ?

read the DAMN description, idiot !

  • easiest way to get BSOD is to buy vista and run it on your computer, sometimes you ever get the bonus, RSOD.

  • It was kinda too small to see how you actually got the bsod...

  • i have vista and ur dad is pissed off when he finds u got bsod lol

  • this started happening to day i opend the audio devices manager in controol panel and i get the bsod

  • I have Vista ultimate virtual machine

  • How?Can you tell me?pease!!!

  • that is the easiest thing u could possibly do -_-

  • I LOVE WINDOWS VISTA!!!!!!!!

  • Vista ultimate FOR EVA right?

  • nah vista home premium rOcKz!

  • i hav home preium

  • i love it to

  • Download in crack to hypercam xD

    lol

  • how the hell do u expect us to be able to reed that

  • you can´t end csrss.exe on vista ultimate, but on home premium

  • I did it on Ultikmate and i got the BSOD

  • I CANT END CSRSS.EXE!!! HELP PLEASE!!

  • here is how you get the BSOD... just start vista... that's all you need to do.. eventualy it will happen... it's just a matter of time...

  • Win :D

  • Your computer maybe very fast

  • I have been running Vista Ultimate for about 6-7 months now and I have experienced the infamous Blue screen once. Whole screen went blue, with no text for about 5 seconds, then the system reset. P.S. videocrazy60, Ubuntu IS awsome.

  • ive had none of the bsod.

  • It's great!!! Windows Vista can be killed in this way. It's a very serious bug in the task manager.

  • and illegal

  • it's not illegal. If you buy the OS then you can install it to the virtual pc and use it for beta testing or if you don't want to overwrite XP you can use virtual PC.

  • Not probably, but YES!!!!

  • U ended csrss.exe!! i did once. :) :) :)

  • what is csrss.exe?

  • Stands for Client/Server Runtime Subsystem. Its the critical component that only can be found on the Windows NT based OS.

  • Windows NT sounds like all versions of windows rewritten my ass. LOVE THE 

  • Waaat?

  • wth idk u k wim! 

  • Oh shit, my pc is infected

  • Good.. but i'm downloading xp sp2 as i write this, how do i put this on virtual pc? I paid for ot and everything!!! was it a waste of time/money/memory?!?!

  • Burn it to a CD then use virual pc!

  • Wait a sec.. this was just sp2 not bootable thnx 4 the help anyway! um.. i got refund! i am now using win98, XP, and soon ME 2000 Neptune Chicago

  • you need it as a .ISO file,

then just run it on VPC, another option is

use a real CD and use Physical CD Drive

  • if u downloaded the iso file can u give me the link?

  • where did you get the windows vista iso image download?

  • maybe he bought it

  • The reason you got a BSOD is because you ended an essential process for Windows Vista. At least you know you are allowed to have the rights to end those essential processes :)

  • This is an tolty bad video

  • soo if u get a BSOD on a virtual PC, will it crash the acual PC u r using?

  • i would think not...whatever he was using to record this didn't stop after the bsod

  • actually, you have to restart the computer

  • Virtual PC's are virtual systems that mimic the actual components of your physical computer. So, the Virtual PC runs as a program, not as a component of the operating system itself. So, if a Virtual PC crashes, the program would crash, and you would only lose the information stored on the Virtual PC, not anything on the physical computer. All you would have to do is reopen the Virtual PC you were using, just as a program.

  • no.

  • yes

  • Actually, if a Windows Vista BSOD occured, you need to reset the virtual pc. So, the Virtual PC program doesn't crash.

  • Now my vista ultimate is getting on my nerves

7.20GB I almost RAN OUT OF DISK SPACE!!!!!!

  • Where do you get the program?

  • microsoft dot com

  • try out ubuntu's new gutsy 7.10 release... its awesome!

  • um, i don't think so.

  • your loss! :D

  • you my friend are smart enough, ubuntu ftw!

  • Del PC 20days old... BSOD >:(

  • I used to have home premium now im using ultimate on virtual pc

  • This is how to get the blue screen:

    1. Start Windows Vista

    2. Go To Task manager

    3. Go To Processes

    5. End Process:crss.exe

  • how do i get the bsod in XP?

  • Easy Delete SYSTEM 32

  • Nope, cant delete system32 so HARD

  • Wierd how my 2 new seperate systems running Windows Vista dont bluescreen. I have 1 BRAN new Vista Home Premium Gateway Laptop and 1 BRAN new Vista Home Basic Dell Desktop. Ive had them for months and not one of them has bluescreened naturally anyway. I have got 1 other pc which i am upgrading the hardware for so it can run vista basic. Anyway usually a natural bluescreen is caused by drivers which arnt vista verified and dodjy programs

  • lucky all your computers are not crashing.

  • lol BSOD on VPC
