@romagnolo Modders aren't dumb. Dice is taking the COD route of charging for map packs Just like Crytek. The reasons why they are not releasing mod tools is 1) Modders out do the developers every time, for example this mod, Crysis, S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Oblivion and 2) They want to rip us off, not let us have custom maps. And Modders also fix bugs the devs don't like Stalker.

No such thing as a "too complicated engine". Especially from Dice who can't even fix the sights bug in BC2.

Most shitty gaming companies tries to come up with new plans to earn money. One of the best plans is NOT to give out SDK for the game because if no one can mod it, they'll have to BUY updates.

Just install your BF2 normally from the disc (3 CDs or 1 DVD, whatever), update it to 1.41 then to 1.5 version. After that, you can download the PR mod for free from their website. Google for it and you'll know more.

Here's a handful, Thermal Imaging, Deployable player controlled mortars 16sqkm maps, breachable doors, over half a dozen new factions, firebase emplacements, Laser Targeting, Bomb cars and IEDs, overhauled map marker system and 3d markers.

Basically the greatest game for teamwork ever invented

@SpahtanXLazah hehe in this the problem is more that Apache lingering high up in the clouds, scanning with thermal, the Squadleaders on the ground spotting and lasing targets for him usually followed by hearing the explosion as a hellfire wipes out a tank or the explosions of the 30mm cannon wiping out all of your infantry, followed by the delayed sound of the gun as it fires (after the explosions on the ground = sound delay)

this mod is great but sometimes i thin kthe maps are way too big still a very nice map and also the whole revive system and waiting to respawn system is justso fucked up i dont ven want to go into detail but i gotta hand it to the team thats the only thing theyve done through out pr that i hated.

PR has some problems, but is still has the best teamwork on-line actually (maybe after ArmA2). If you have any ideas/suggestions to improve the game, go to the mod's forum and help the DEVs to give us a better mod.
