They last days not 24hrs providing they are stored in an salted ice slurry. Why don't I catch nice fish to eat, what sort of a dumbass question is that? Tailor are good eating providing they are fresh and you cut out the bloodline. It all comes down to how you cook fish as to whether or not it is good eating.
