Totally unfair way of looking at it... Bergeron isn't a first line center anymore. Under CJ's system, he's a third-line center, the shut down man who is out there defending against the first line. He's still working at getting back to form, of course, but he just isn't expected to be their 30+ goal scorer now. Bergy is still the man.

Boyes is not the better player. Boyes is your typical big winger. He's got scoring touch, but doesn't really do anything else. Not to mention he's been absolutely fucking terrible this year. Yes the Bruins lack scoring this season, but Boyes and his 10 goals would not be the difference.

Wideman too is having a bad season, but he's a young defenseman with scoring touch and decent puck moving skills.
