I like the way the ps3 version looks. The colors look a bit more photorealistic and less overdone (likely due to being on limited and the what not anyhow). However, the ps3 version is clearly laggier due to the skill involved at the time. Today's ports are much better.

The Xbox 360 is the fucking best there is no doubt about that. The social side of the Xbox is 10 times better than the PS3 also there is a noticeable difference in graphics between the two consoles, Xbox brighter and picture slightly more vivid and PS3 darker and doesn't have as good graphics.

The blu-ray technology only helps with the movies you watch on it, not games you play on it, Cause thats the cores job, its where the game gets its momentum from. I only played the demo on the 360 version. I own a PS3. 2 days ago, i went to my local game store and saw Lost Planet extreme edition for sale on PS3 for $20. Naturally, i jumped on it and bought it. The PS3 version looks great and plays great, but if you were to compare it to the 360 version, then, in that perspective, the PS3 version does look crummy. But i dont own a 360 and i enjoy the game regardless. Surprised to find out that people still play this online on PSN. Never short of players.

Ok one last time, the reason why PS3 looks lighter than SHitbox, They made this game for 360 first, to fit the DVD for 360, then when they didnt make a lot of money on it, they sold it to PS3, ok listen, they took a DVD disc game for Shit box, and put it on Blu-Ray, they had a lot of room for PS3 they had to strech it out to put it on PS3, means, PS3 playing it on a better GC and better System, look at Final fantasy 13, PS3 fucking Beautiful, 360 TRASH, looks fucking BLURRY, thats why

xbox 360 has a darker contrast, nothing major. You can do the same in PC change the game contrast. There is no difference. Also xbox games made for xbox than ported to the PS3 will not be as good as originally xbox games as original ps3 games are on the xbox

What I meant by being 'better' was that the PS3 CAN graphically look better than 360, as in it has the capabilities to be, but it almost never is when ports come out. 360 multiplatform games consistantly DO look better, so it is. The difference is that the 360 DOES look better and is, unlike the PS3 which COULD but usually is not.

it depends on the game and developer. Some games arent ported well and it also depends on how the porting matches PS3 cell processor.

Regardless, I've heard that the 360 version looks better than the PS3, which is likely true.

However, this isn't because the 360 is a more powerful system than the PS3 (which is something that I'm tired of hearing). It's because the PS3 version is a port of the original 360 version. We see this for many games, for developers find it easier to work on a 360 than a PS3. FFXIII was made on the PS3 first and it looks better than the 360 version!

Even though i have it for PS3, i'm going to say it looks better on the 360. Mainly because the game was developed for the 360. It was then later on ported to the PS3 so it doesn't look as good.

Lost Planet 2 on the other hand will look the same on both since the MT Framework 2.0 is multi-platform.

Dude Lost Planet looks better and runs better on XBOX 360 and the XBOX 360 Version is 4XMSAA vs 2XAA for the PS3 I know I have it on PS3 and XBOX 360 and the ATI GPU in the 360 is based on the R580 1950XT with Unified Shaders and the PS3 is G70/G71 7800/7900GTX and the 1950XT was better then the 7800/7900GTX GPUs.

But the RGB FULL Range HDMI is the same as the Expanded Range HDMI in the 360 and the 360 can do 1080P for Games just like the PS3 and Final Fantasy XIII has better Graphics then KillZone 2 or Uncharted 2 and will look better both of them on PS3 and on the 360 and I only have a PS3 I have a Japanese 60GB (now500GB) model that I imported back in November 2006 BTW.

There are small differences in the graphics between 360 and PS3, in some games it varies, I find PS3 looks better in racing games, while FPS games look better on the xbox, WII is just significantly worse than both of the systems.
