@leananshae I see your point. What with that Vietnam War thing (50,000 U.S. soldier's deaths -- most of them draftees), segregated schools, beatings/gassing/murders of civil rights workers trying to get Blacks to be able to register to vote, etc. Should've laughed them and partied the decades away, eh?
I love it when he throws the rope aside. Such disdain! Someday I WILL recreate this with DC superheroes, and Ted Kord/Blue Beetle will be leading the charge.
Man would I love to work for Yoyodyne Propulsion Systems. I heard that I needed to either consult Senior Supervors John Smallberries or John Yaya for a possible job interview. Anybody have any tips for me???
i've watched this bout 6 times, and have cried everytime at the pure smexxyness. I WAS MEANT TO BE A TEEN IN THE 80s BUUUUT NOOOOOOOO I HAD TO BE A TEEN IN THE 2000s WHYYYYY??????!!!
@music4all12 You missed nothing, darlin'. The 80's were all about big hair, shoulder pads, glam rock and was the decade that ushered out the days of REAL rock 'n roll, free love with no consequences and carefree experimentation of all kinds. No... the 60's and 70's were the time to be a teenager! Believe it! And weep for that missed opportunity instead. You'll be way cooler for it.
Suggestion: Go listen to some Led Zepplin. You'll feel better.
@katten838 Yeah, pity about that Vietnam War with 50,000 U.S. soldiers deaths (most of them draftees), segregated schools, beatings, gassing and murders of civil rights workers. Should've laughed them off, eh?

@leananshae The 60´s and the 70´s took itself to seriously, too much social responsibility.

@leananshae nope. 80s was the time to be a teen. 60, 70 have to be boring cos technology wasn't there for electronic music and computers etc.
