That Henry.....look closely and you find that it hasnt any splashers. It looks slightly different from the bachmann. Is that a custom or adapted model? But then maybe it is a bachmann because if those coaches are Hornby and Henry is bachmann, he'd be slightly smaller than the coaches. Or not as tall. In the tv series, Henry's tender is taller then the coaches. Here, it's the other way round which suggests that it is bachmann

Bigger. OO9 scale is 1/76. N scale is 1/148-160(most countries 1/160, in Japan 1/150, in the U.K. 1/148)

OO9 scale only in the U.K. It is HO narrow in the other countries.

What one could do is simply get the prototype models, for instance Skarloey is based on Talyllyn, a Fletcher Jennings saddle tank, get the appropiate chassis and paint them up to look like the Railway Series Characters! Though, if you do, please paint them up in 'Railway Series' livery, so they don't look like a pack of skittles.

The faces might be a bit tricky, but I guess one could take them from these Diecast thingies.
