In my cooking class, that I took while travelling in China, the chef said, that you DO NOT cook on a wok with sesame oil, as the burning temperature of the sesame oil is much lower that the temperatures the wok achieves... I'm confused...

YOU DON'T MIX SWEET POTATO IN STIR FRY, ITS YAK !! AND USE FRESH VEGETABLES IN STIR FRYING NOT FROZEN VEGETABLES AS IT WON'T BE CRUNCHY AT ALL. THIS IS A PIGGY FOOD !!
