I got mine refurbed too but mine broke the headphone jack broke so I took it to the apple store and got a replacement and it's doing it again but i'ma get a refurb classic it's only $209.00 so uea o and nice vid and helpful

on apple's website, click on the store tab. scroll ALLLL the way down until you see a blue "save tag and next to the tag it'll say "refurbished ipod". click on that. and on the next page scroll down the page until you see the ipod touch units. From there it'll show ways to purchase it.
There is no such thing as Ipod Touch 3rd gen 8gb, There is only 32 gb and 64 gb for the 3rd gen, 2nd gen has 8,16,32 gb.
