@Rashvash I actually collected 20 cat figurines before quitting the game and just watching some tv. LOL but yeah it wont spawn i went into alliance territory fought a crapload of those noobish sea ppl and collected 20 of them and nothing happend.

@rockyson990 Been looking around looks like The Spawn rate outta the statues seems to be in the neighborhood of about 5-10% Some people are lucky and get spawn on first statue, some will have open as many as 20 of the statues. plus the dwarf find treasure helped alot when i did it lol

@rockyson990 I have played all the races lol pretty much the gnome thing is so annoying but with the Rhino it stampede em then i would shoot the heck out of them. Orc hunter named Wolfssorrow then i named his pet wolf Orcssorrow lol a running gag would name all my pets with sorrow in it like Crabssorrow lol

first for all the comments that ask (how are they different coulors, just go to different locations and search for them, but some cant be obtained till a higher level also your pet hads armor and yes it is stronger than you because your supposed t use it fr tanking so u can u ranged attacks!

not really in wow the big animals u ride are called Mounts and u have to train to ride one

Tigers u can find in STV starting from lvl 30-38 ^^ on my horde hunter i have been using the Rhino yeah he gets in the way sometimes ^^ but when i have the wsg flag i like to hide inside him lol

You can get a pet at level 10, the one that you ride you get at level 30 and then a faster one at level 60.

Maybe what u mean is the taming rod or so. That is not what u use for taming. As Rashvash said the skill is possibly in ur spellbook.

How do you get pets?! My Tauren is already at Lv.10 and I went to the Hunter trainer in Bloodhoof and did the quests he gave me to tame an Adult Plainstrider, a Prairie Stalker, and a Swoop. I did that, then he had a one more task and exited so I could go tame a beast but when I looked at item he gave me that lets you tame animals but I couldn't use it anymore so I had to throw it away and now I don't know what to do. SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

i think the by far the best pet is the Shadowmaw panthers in STV (stranglethorn vale) b/c they r decent dps and a passable tank for solo...not to mention they can STEALTH

Btw how does a pet get "Dash" i have seen some hunters my lvl have it..plz help me out :P
