  • a year and a half, and self-thought? Impressive... very impressive.

As for some advice.. well, you might try working on doubles and ghost notes more, but they aren't really used that much playing this genre of music, so.... dunno, just keep up the good work ;-)

  • Holy Crap man. I hope to be able to play half as good as you do one day. I've always wanted to. I bought rockband 2 with the ION drum kit. I have a CNC router machine and am a programmer, so I made myself a 12" edrum. Works good. I need to tweek it a bit. But it's cool. I have it, two pd-6' and a pd-9 on it right now. I'll be getting the OSD brain. Nice unit. Also have the alesis surge cymbals. Cool. Anyway, you really rock!!!! No joke...

  • great drummer!!!

  • this is amazing!

  • Can anyone explain how to access wav song files on a usb once the usb in connected to the td-9?

  • @MasterSighlis555

Simply put the wav on your usb key (at the bottom, in no folder), and after that, put it in, go to "song", and then roll over the 50th includ song, it will load your wav ;)

Check my vid if you want, i paly on music with my td9

  • Good, but would rather see this song covered how its meant to be played. But still good work!

  • EXCELENTE!!!!!!!! NICE COVER DUDE =)

  • great vid sounded really clean i dig it

    i got a question...

im getting an electronic drum set and i was looking at a TD-9 would u recomend buying it?

  • if you're looking for td-9 sx, go for dtxtreme 3 special.

if you're looking for td-9 s, go for it.

  • Sounds great. Good job!

  • amazing! :D

  • Trés bien ;)

  • impresionante

    awesome

    niceee

  • everyone can see your a good drummer, but its a pitty you added the extra snare drums, leave them and i will marry you :D

  • howcome ur snare sounds wayy better than mine?

mmine has loud pop to itt.

u can hear it in my vids

its really annoying cus all the other snares suck

btw how do u record ur drums?

  • Good.

  • is the TD-9 just the brain or some of the pads too?

  • mainly the brain, yes

  • u added unnessacarry stuff on ur high hat and snare

  • he didnt add anything on the hi-hat that isnt supposed to be there....

  • thats called jamming

  • Linkin Park can only wish to play like you, ROCK ON \m/

  • awesome!

  • i love the roland kit :)

i have got the jamaha dtx ... (don´t know) :D. the snaredrum is not very good

  • nice cover, I like ur kit too!

  • wow¡¡¡¡¡¡

    alguien puede hacer un tutorial

  • awesome!

  • With the vh-11 hi hat can you play it with the hi-hat half way open and get that kind of sound with the TD-9? Also, what made you get the KD-120 and not the KD-85? Thanks.

  • nice!! ;)

  • yer tb0na0drumcorp is right you need better stick control, other than that it was really good :)

  • shit is sick!!!!!

  • NOW! THAT WAS NICE!!!

  • hey one tip from me to you would be... KEEP YOU FINGERS ON THE STICKS! are you having tea and crumpits or are you drumming cause i cant tell... i have been in drumcorp for three years and every time our pinky came off the stick they would duck tape you hands on the sticks after you do 75 push ups... so i have learned to keep my hands on the sticks...

  • wow... that's disturbing

  • hey man this was awesum.... i really loved it....

  • subscribed

  • dude, this is amazing. very nice job. i'm just usually a fan of electric drum covers but this was great!

  • amazing cover man, thanks a million

  • awesome subscribed!!!!!

  • very nice, subscribed :).

  • What rack do you use? I want to buy the Roland TD-9k with the pad PD-125 for snare but i dont know if the MDS-9 rack is suitable for 12inches pad. Generally do you have any problem with the kit?

  • I do use the MDS-9. The 12" snare fits perfectly on it. The top rack might be a little tight if you want to use 12" toms though. The CY-8 has given me problems with false and miss hits...i would recommend the CY-14C and the CY-15R.

  • @SicSRT4 the false and miss hits are probably because of crosstalk. It might need a little gain adjusting.

  • @SicSRT4 That's actually a very common problem with the CY-8. Had one of mine repaired 2 months after I bought it.

  • wow good man really good

    good job ;) really

  • waw.. Nice performance. It's not original TD9KX, isn't it?

  • No, it's not. I bought the parts i wanted and pieced the kit together myself. The snare, hi-hat, bass and ride i have are not offered with the full TD-9SX kit.

  • your awesome can you teach me?

  • nice job sweet kit

  • hey..do you reccommend the pearl P122TW double bass pedal?

  • coool,.sound,...wel nic playin,....keep it up!#@

  • Nice job man

  • Same headphones, nice sound for low price :) Nice playing mate

  • Cool!

  • This is awesome and better than the ones I saw so far

  • Good job man :)

  • this is good, nice job. keeping it basic.

  • I dont listen to linkin park, but that was awesome ;)

  • nice set up

  • yo man u're my dog dude

that is fantastic man you're the best ever drum coverer that ive seen on my ENTIRE CARRIER.

GOOD LUCK MAN K' KEEP IT REAL

  • super

  • What stand are you using for the VH11?

I've been thinking about replacing the useless hihat pedal that came with my TD-6KX kit. There's no feel at all with that one. It's making ghost sounds all on its own now too.

  • its to many rim shot

  • its really nice men! but i have to agree with the dude that says you are just copying the rockband version... however its really nice but you "freestyle" a little more..

  • pretty sweet dude

  • pro awesome !!! :P

  • AMAZING BRO!!! 5 Stars man deff.

  • your drumming skill is impressive for one year and a half but you're not really following the feel of the song, and just copying the notation from rock band, whereas the song is played much differently in real life. For example, during the verses when he adds another hi-hat stroke the snare comes in, Rob opens the hi-hat, and there are other things that Rob does, like removing the snare between 3rd beats in the chorus.

Sorry, just had to say it

  • Muy bueno!!!!!!!!!

  • nice dude your great

  • GOOOOOOOOOODDD SHIT MAN great job

  • thats sick man

  • check out my one step closer guitar cover guys

  • F****** awesome!!!!

  • you rock man

  • Hey, those are the same Fatal1ty headphones I have.

  • omg!!!

    your amazing...

i wanna learn how to drum...!!!

i love itt <3 and im only 14 and me and my friends are starting a band :D

  • wow nice one

  • Very well played! Hope to get that level some day (self-teaching too, but find it hard to concentrate on learning a song :s). I was wondering, is the noise a kd120 makes, a lot less then the noise a kd-8 makes? I mean the contact-noise of the beater hitting the pad. I live in an appartment, and my neighbours can clearly hear the bassdrum-sounds, the other pads don't seem to bother them...

  • I have a KD-85, which is practically the same as the kD-120 (just smaller) -- I can say that it's not going to make any difference to your neighbors. Unless your kick trigger is a pillow (and probably then still) it's going to send vibrations to the floor, which is mostly what they hear. The only thing you can do is create try to create a platform which dampens the vibrations.

  • Thx for your reply. I will go and try to find a solution to get the vibrations down as much as possible. For now, my neighbours accept me playing, as long as i don't play too late in the evening... Great to have understanding neighbours :d

  • Wow !! This is really good !

Nice one, check out mine, maybe u like it ^^

  • dude thats awesome 5/5

  • Thats some coordinated drumming. Its nice to see someone else playing on an electronic kit.

What is your learning process when it comes to mastering cover's of songs?

  • i am thinking to buy the same pedal as you have Pearl P122TW Double Bass Pedal is it a good pedal???

  • I have the single pedal and it might just be me, but I find 16th hard on it. I just can't find a completely happy place on it.

  • It's the first and only double i've had, so i can't really compare it to anything. I like it though, it's built pretty solid. My only complaint is that the carpet spikes on the second pedal aren't long enough, so it will walk forward throughout a song.

  • really nice ;)

  • Really Good Man!!!!!!!!!

    Very Nice!!!

  • Can't wait to see some more covers of yours. Awesome playing, by the way.

  • awesome man

i think you are same as drummer

  • fucking good man!!!!! dude, you have talent!

    keep on making videos!

  • sounds better than the actually version.

  • NICEEEE!!!!!!

    :D:D:D:D

  • dude, nice kit! check out my solo - ive got the bog standard td9k :)

  • Ignore the negative comments about electronic kits.

I'm going to buy a TD-9SX in the coming weeks myself. It's an excellent kit for exercising at home. Of course also need to play an acoustic kit from time to time, but it's good enough to get the chops right :)

Pretty good for being self-taught dude. I agree with the comment that you do too much arm movement. I want to add that you should stretch your (lower) back and shoulders as well (maybe get a chair with back support)
