Barney Kessel & Stéphane Grappelli 'I Remember Django'

There are two LP's that Barney and Stephane made...they split top billing on the 2 recordings. Both on Black Lion Records. The jacket picture at the top doesn't go to either recording. One tune in particular, Little Star, is quite haunting and the melody is quite playable ! But, then, there is SG's improvised solo !!..It's in Em, as I recall : Em, Am, and Bm is all there is to it ! I hope I haven't lost them somewhere..!!

...for more than 30 years I've played that Django musik on my Favino, tried all the solos, all the tunes...but this tune never came to my attention...? how come? Thanks a lot for this jackie!

If anybody has a leadsheet for that I would really appreciate...if not I will write one...if anybody is interested, I will send it...

I love Stephane... I saw him perform at the Paul Mason Winery in Saratoga CA years ago.. IT was AWESOME..!! He played acoustic & electric violin..!! I see why Jean-Luc Ponty became a great violinist... His teacher was incredible..!!
