Totodile is kinda bad choice for water pokemon since its not 3rd gen+. All water moves are special and totodile/croconaw/feraligatr are all very physical water pokemon.

@joann00100 it's a hack because the pokemon that spawn in this version normally don't come in Ruby games. He's getting Kanto(the original ones) and Jotho(the second generation) pokemon in a Hoenn(3rd generation) game. The fact that he can find wild Charmanders and Totodiles(they don't exist in the wild in normal games) shows that the hack is enabling them to spawn at certain locations.

The download is unavailable, it's a unique hack.
