Zapdos is a fricking nuisance to catch. I remember in the old games having it poisoned and at about the same health as the one you caught here and the fucking ultra balls wouldn't even hit the thing. That's one thing I hated about the old games.

i caught mine in a pokebal with is parilysed and on 1 red health. took like 40 pokebals to catch the damn thing. i love my exeggutor and raichu, they know sun spore and thunderwave. awesome when catching zapdos.

oh and remember, ZAPDOS IS PART FLYING TYPE, my suggestion is if you have a raichu, teach it thunder. because if your raichu is around lvl 30, thunder from raichu actually does some good damage, and you can also paralyze zapdos
