Yoga Booty Ballet is meant for the beginner who has never worked out before or those who need a low impact, simpler workout. I do think BeachBody regrets YBB, since I think it is a very low seller, but their other programs are fantastic and extremely challenging. I own P90X, Slim Series, and Hip Hops Abs Ultimate Results (the real one, with Shaun T) and will be purchasing ChaLean Extreme and Rockin Body. Don't let this one program dissuade you. It is not representative at all.

this is yoga booty ballet's hip hop abs... & yes, it's VERY low impact for real beginners & I think the dancing is silly. I love their yoga & pilates portion & if you're not new to exercising, skip the easy "live" dvds & just get their goddess series which is more serious & at least a decent workout then their "live" stuff. (I rented )
