Still it is not one in 2.7bil, there is exactly one hand that can beat his quad ace by looking at the river, the number of cards he don't have information is 45, so that is 1 in 45C2, chance of losing that hand is 1/990, not zero.

Although that is less then 1 in 1000, any adept/expert player would probably all in like he did.
