how come every single person on you tube who is trying to show you how to workout doesn't have ripped abs like Bruce lee? i mean if your abs are like Bruce lee then everyone with listen.
Its simple really, Eat right (Calorie intake = body weight x 9 (+ 1 to this every hour you spend at the gym)), High intensity cardio sessions (Perhaps 30 second spring 1 min rest then gradually lower the resting period), and weight lifting (Muscles boost your metabolism hence you will burn fat overtime).
i mean it doesnt really look like he had a problem ever gaining fat weight because he exomorphic and he look like he has a problem gaining muscle because he looks pretty skinny, i mean he dont look nothing like a real athelete like terrel owens, or reggie bush look at those guys body compared to him; but one thing he is good at is telling the truth about how to lose fat and gain muscle and how to treat ur body well i mean it helped me out

When it gets hard that is when you push your-self harder. This is the hardest I push my-self. It is not that hard. You just have to start NOW!!!
So should I completely eliminate simple sugars from my diet, like in the morning when your glycogen levels are low, and postworkout where carbs spike insulin and drive those carbs and amino acids from protein , and creatine into the muscles? My goal is to dramatically drop my body fat %, and at the same time increase my muscle mass as much as possible.
if your trying to lower body fat yeah try to eliminate, in the morning you do not need the sugar and post workout itll help get protein to your muscles. but i would just eliminate it buddy =]
Nice... Im on a quest to get my Abs right now, it shouldnt take that long. im 18 and i weigh 133 lbs and im at 12.6 % body fat. I hear that you should be atleast 10% or under so recently i have been lifting weights and eating alot healthier. Do you have an idea about how long it would be til i show lower abs? best thing to do is to change your ab workout routine. Keep them guessing and work them to failure. The fast to do this the sooner you will see results. Also focus on the olbiques as well (side of the stomach)
