All I can say is that I have known that something has been happening in the last couple of years. I have went through some major changes in different ways. My meditations have gotten so much more vivid. I could tell you a couple of things that you would say I'm lying about, so I'll just be quiet. @MajorTomDeals He says they are 4D people but have to lower their vibration to communicate with us. When the planet (not just us) moves into 4D, they will make contact 'gradually'. If anyone doubts these claims then so what - to think that we are being looked after is a better and more uplifting thought than our own governments trying to kill us!
