  • Bloody short people!Decent 6 foot 1 inch men like me cannot live their lives undisturbed because of these short motherfuckers.I`m so pissed.

  • @3nafetsa 6'1 is not tall, you getting problems from elves or somethin?

  • @celtno1 I suppose you are either from Netherlands(the country with the tallest people) or from Monte Negro, since you say 6`1 is not tall.Or maybe you are from Germany?Scandinavia? In Serbia where I live there are many people much taller than 6`1,but there are even more people much shorter than 6 feet,so our average height is 5`10.I`m still considered tall.

  • @3nafetsa No, i'm from Scotland, and i'm 6'3, so to me 6'1 is short, ok short ass?

  • @celtno1 Ok,no problemo.Scotland?I should`ve seen that, but didn`t notice the celt in your nickname.Anyway,as I recall not all the Scots are as tall as you are.I`ve seen some short and skinny Scotsmen in Belgrade.Good people, they like drinking beer with us from Serbia. You should come here too.Once.

  • @3nafetsa Lol, not many skinny Scots these days man, and i think the Scots kids are growing at an incredible rate, my nephew is taller than me at 14... Never been to you're country, sounds great.

  • @celtno1 Right, kids here are also growing fast. Many of them look like giants when they finish elementary school.Btw,where do you live in Scotland?Glasgow,Edinburgh,Aberdeen?Or some other town I don`t know of?If you come to my country, contact me to have a beer and some food.Bring some friends,if possible some real Scotish football fans.We can always talk about football(I know you Scots like that) and drink rakija.

  • @3nafetsa We love football, pitty we can't play it anymore, unlike the great Glasgow Celtic side of 67, first Brittish team to win European cup!!! well before i was born, i'm from Glasgow, best city in the UK, i will contact you, if i come there, as long as i get free lodging, hahahaha, well, i am Scottish

  • @celtno1 Well, everybody likes free lodging. So,you are not a Rangers fan?Respect for Glasgow, the third most populous city in UK.Maybe I`ll drop by to Glasgow one day on my way to Edinburgh Festival Fringe. It`ll be the funniest trip of my life, listening to Scots speaking english with all those rrrs.I love it.John Hannah`s style.

  • 7 people are 5'10 WEEDS

  • One of the best MP sketch! And weirdly not very famous.

Cleesy archaeologist is just great xD

  • whats this registered business?

  • "Never forget - I'm six foot five."

    ROFL

  • Eu tenho a série inteira chamada "The Flying Circus" e é o máximo.

  • Each time he breaks into song....hilarious every time I see it, and I must have seen it over a thousand times over the last 30 years. Thanks Big Jim, great vid.

  • Is it just me or does anyone else feel the "Hot Cha Cha" bit was funny?

  • That shot from below of John Cleese/Eversly at 3:23, after Michael Palin says, "I'll get you for that, Eversley! I'll get you if I have to travel to the four corners of the earth!" That's one of my favorite shots of all time. I crack up every time I see it.

  • Tooooooday! I hear the robin sing! Today! The thrushes on the wing! Today, who knows what life will bring? Toooodaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

  • "Sir Robert Eversly... Who's very interesting..."

    "NINETEEN FOOT THREE!! Damn you!!"

This skit is so fucking funny.

  • The song today was made for the episode and sung by terry j. because cleese said he couldn't sing!

  • Is the "Today" song a real song, or just made up for and by Monty Python?

  • To this day, every time I hear or say a sentence ending in "today", I mentally start singing this song.

  • "Let... me... SPEAK!"

Poor little, squashed, bent-up, Professor Kastner, the 5'10" weed!

  • Tooooooooooooooodaaaaaayy..

  • Dear god, I want to be able to say "I do what I like, because I'm six foot five!"

...I'd probably abuse that power, though. Hell, that would be my response to everything. "Excuse me, do you have the ti--" "I DO WHAT I LIKE, BECAUSE I'M SIX FOOT FIVE!" "Hold on for a second, you can't say that, you're only--" "I DO what I LIKE, because I AM SIX FOOT FIVE!"

Awesome sketch, though I did expect the Norwegian professor to have a blue suit. (Norwegian Blue, hah hah hah I'm terrible...)

  • Why didn't you register?

  • watermarks are for short people

  • @j1235813 I agree. Unfortunately I'm not 6'5.

  • lmfao.

    what a remarkable show.

we can recognize their effort in every single sketch.

  • Jedna od najvećih prozivačina na arheologe i arheologiju uopšte..... a ko drugi do Pajtonovci.

    Neprevaziđeno

  • I wonder what their real heights are... Plus, I don't consider 5'10'' short! I wish I was that tall. (although 6'5'' would be rather awesome.)

  • John cleese is 6'4.75, Michael palin 5'10, and terry jones... 5'8.

  • @nak54222 Well His is actually 5'8 Not 5'10.

  • Companies putting watermarks until you "register" their shitty products = fucking fail.

  • Its not a coincidense that the short proffesor was from norway right?

since they are generally quite tall?

  • "I'll do what I like, because I'm six foot five and I eat punks like you for breakfast!"

  • god, they were silly.

  • bigjimdwyer şu ihrenç watermarkı kaldırırmısın lütfen

  • "Straight in your seat... erect... firm."

  • Hey, does anyone know what the song is that Cleese (or rather Jones) sings in the sketch? Is it available on any of the Monty Python albums? Anyone heard of a full version for it?

  • Really? That's Jones? I totally didn't know that. By the way, I have heard that the full version is just on bootlegs, but then again, I may very well be wrong.

  • terry is just such a great singer! i think hes so underrated; eric and terry are my alltime favourites. in the europolice song contest terry also sings a lovely song, quite good. you should check it out.

  • He's a Welshman after all.

  • hahahaha and is that alone a guarantee for a nice singing voice ;) ?

  • Not a guarantee, but 97%.

  • he realy does sing well.I had never heard a welshman sing a motown aong till that sketch.and i loved it

  • You're not a moron, Mysterioux. That's actually pretty funny. I actually said that when I first saw this.

  • i'm surprised no-one's complained about the fucking annoying message across the screen. brilliant comedy gold though

  • It was pretty annoying but I got into the sketch and forgot about it.

  • brilliant xD

  • I half expected Palin to say "It's over Eversley, I have the high ground!"

    ... I'm such a moron.

  • I've had more women than that 5 foot 10 inch weed! Lol.

Those Polynesians must have been tired after all that

    rowing.

  • "19 foot 3...DAM YOU!" there are SOOOO many good clips from Monty Python!

  • it's "diffrent from" not "to"

  • No, I think it is "different to". 'Tis indeedy.

  • Is that Terry Jones voice overtop of John Cleese's miming? HAHAHAHA!

so funny, and i love how the 250,000yr old pottery randomly gets smashed XD

  • Yeah, definitely Jones singing that one. His distinctive tremelo gives it away.

  • TOOOOOOODAAAAAY!

    hahahahaha!

  • 6th5, 11ft3, 11ft6, 15ft4, 19ft3, the drama, the terror, the comedy that fill keep you on floor laughing for hours. Great!

  • How on bloody earth dose anyone come up with a sketch like that? it kept me on the edge of my seat and all the way through had me pissing myslelf. this has gone into my top ten sketch's of all time.

  • This is the most accurate depiction of archaeological work I've ever seen! Sumerian influence in Abu Simbel sounds just about right. Great scetch.
