Even if Nick sang while being disabled by a stroke and John wasn't his best because of health problems, it still would have been an honor to be there in the presence of the second coming of the KT. I wish someone would post a line recording of Last Month Of The Year. All that is available on Youtube is a mic recoding of that great KT album.

Pity you were not there the last time the orignal Kingston Trio (incl. John Stewart;

instead of Dave Guard performed on stage. To say it is bad is horrible when you see these fabulous guys performing in spite of all their health problems!!!

They were the best that ever went on stage and that it the real truth!!!!

Love the Kingston Trio. John Stewart was a great song writer.  He wrote one of my favorites, "Molly Dee."

I know Dave Guard was the 3rd person in the Original Kingston Trio Group.

However, for the real Kingston Trio fans, John Stewart is counted just as much original as the absolutely fabolous Dave Guard.

Sorry but this is not the original Kingston Trio lineup. The originals consisted of Dave Guard(died in 1991), Bob Shane, and Nick Reynolds(d-2008)
