Jim comes across as more personable and down to earth. He appears to be an instructor that relates to the every day Joe, the average golfer, not some private country club pro who teaches only those who can afford the most expensive courses and equipment on the market.
His presentation is relaxed and easy to understand. The visualization of the three area around the hole made the idea easier to grasp.
Doesn't sound as dry as the other one's I viewed. Speaks a language I can understand. I will give it a try. I really like the putting information. Makes sence. The tooth brush scene was funny.

This is a great short game lesson. I like the idea about putting the distances on your clubs.
