i'm here in texas, so i imagine the state laws are different here. i need it explained in marine speak, lol. so the "licensed weapon handler" is a designation from the state of cali and not from the ATF?
i just want to know what type is a "licensed weapon handler" or what not. i hear all these people talk about FFLs from the atf, so they are the people to deal with on set and stage, but i've seen 11 types of FFLs, and idk what category applies to "weapons handlers/masters/etc"
A basic Class 1 FFL is required by the California DOJ to secure the additional permits required to possess, transport and handle machineguns, assault weapons, .50 caliber BMG, Destructive Devices and Short Barrelled Rifle or Shotguns.
What film was this?

BATFE stands for Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. You can research them further on the web. Just type BATFE into Google.
