Well in those countries mentionned above, there are laws protecting workers. In Africa and most of Asia, there are basicaly no laws or little laws that would protect workers right to safe working conditions and a just salary. He's right you know...Kate Moss is an evil b***h who's taking advantage of third world workers. And she's not that hot. I've seen hotter in fat camps. She should have the decency to offer better conditions to her workers because she doesn't really need the money. I just hope she gives her profits to a charitable organization.

Well in those countries mentionned above, there are laws protecting workers. In Africa and most of Asia, there are basicaly no laws or little laws that would protect workers right to safe working conditions and a just salary. She might not own that company but she "might" be too dumb to understand responsabilities.

Workers in Mauritius were payed 22p-40p per hour to produce these clothes. That is 40% below the national average wage, and all so that vain western women can buy in to a shallow celebrity lifestyle and increase the bank balances of millionaires, whilst simultaneously lowering their self- esteem when they realise that they don't look as good in these clothes as size 8 model.

it's not just vain western women-- there are countries other than the UK that have Topshop. And besides I don't think that UK consists of only one ethnic race of people...
you do have a point but i don't think anything's going to change, and i don't suppose we should expect her to turn down a lucrative contract just because of this. (ps i do believe she is smaller than a size 8 even-- most women are aware of that when they try on clothes... that's why there's such a thing called sizes)

i'm size 8 UK and i consider that a healthy size because i'm fairly short, so i'm in proportion.
i don't think it's right to starve yourself just fit in to these clothes
be happy with what you've got. be grateful that you've got an abundance of food when there are people who don't have any.
