Gakupo is often paired with Megurine Luka.  Take Ggrks for example. ((Though I've heard the translations on that are completely messed up...)) But anyways you get the point i hope. (: Their actually my favorite pair, but he's also paired with Rin and occasionally Miku. For yoai it's usually Kaito and Len.

OBJECTION! there are many more vocaloid left than just neru and luka, PLUS technically all the vocaloids are just paired with eachother depending on what song/video you listen to/watch, in videos/songs I'VE watched, Gakupo has been paired with: Len, Rin, Kaito, Miku, Luka, Gumi, Teto.
