u can buy a capture card for around $50 but extra items are needed but cheap - check out my favorites page and watch the capture video games vid on it
i couldn't really see the clips, but from what i saw it was great. As for the quality, the only thing i can suggest is a capture card if u know how to use them, or a webcam that has gd quality - if u look at my montages i used a webcam built into my laptop, either try somet like that or a capture card, but i dunno how to use them so i wouldnt be able to tell u out about them.

oh and as for the editing, i use windows movie maker, if u know how to use it then get sony vegas, but its too complicated for me lol
