Yeah. First, you need a lot of money. Second you need a lot of time. Third, you need guts (your neighbors will think you are nuts, but that won't bother you). Then you need some imagination.
You will need a lot of lights, extension cords and some help.
You will need a PLC with programming software and outputs to switch the lights on and off, source for the music and a way to broadcast it.
Well, you get the idea. There is a lot evolved in making this work. If you need more details, please ask me.
