Thanks for the video friend I never tire of hearing this song, which aubn be a song against the men, the voice of the interpreter catches me, is beautiful, has a beautiful voice and great prescencia, thanks again and enjoy this song .
My word, my word my word, thats all I can say. Again, my word my word my word oh my word. Ive done so much wrong, eaten so much. I couldnt stop once I started. If only you knew about my cravings for sweeties. Caramels, sweets & chocolate! thanks, I could never offer them to another!
PART 2 : Dalida : Talking talking and some more talking, all of those words. Again some words, always words, the same old words. Only words. Magical words, tactical words, that sound wrong... yes, so wrong. Nothing stops you, once you start, if only you knew how I crave for some silence. (...) Candies & chocolate, thanks not for me but, you can well offer them to another one, who likes stars above dunes, to me tender words wraped in sweetness lay on my mouth, but never on my heart. (CHORUS)
A. Delon, ending : How beautiful you are, how beautiful you are ! how beautiful you are ! how beautiful you are... (whilst Dalida goes : Talking, talking, talking (words) and some more talking, all of these words.
PART 2 : A. Delon : Here is my destiny : to talk to you, like the very first time. (...) How I'd like you to understand me, to listen to meat least once. You're my forbidden dream, my only torment and my only hope. To me you are the only music making the stars sing above the sandy hills (dunes). If you didn't exist already, I'd invent you (laughs) Dalida : Candies and chocolate, thanks not for me, but you can offer them just as well to another one, who likes stars above the dunes, etc.
A. Delon : It's strange, I don't know what's up with me tonight. I look at you like the very first time. I don't know how to tell you any more, but you are this beautiful love story I'll never cease to read (...) You are from yesterday and tomorrow, from ever (always), my only truth. (...) You are like the wind which makes the violins sing, and carries away the scent of roses. (...) Sometimes I don't understand you. One more word... Listen to me... I beg you... I swear... (...)
@colorsmadeoftears Delon (continued) This my destiny. To talk to you. To talk to you like (it is) the first time. I wish you could understand me... that you would listen to me, at least once. (...) You are my forbidden dream. My only agony(torment) and my only hope. You are for me the only music that makes stars dance on the dunes. (...) If you did not exist already, I would invent you. (...) One more word [mot]. Only a word [parole]. Listen to me. I beg you. I swear. You are so beautiful x4.
Dalida : More words, always words, the same words. Only words. Easy words, fragile words, it was too good, really too good. But it's over, the time of dreams, memories grow old too when they are forgotten. Candies and chocolate (commercial chanting), thanks not for me, but you can offer them to another woman just as well, one who likes the wind and the scent of roses. For me tender words wraped in sweetness lay on my mouth, but never on my heart.
(Shubra) a popular neighborhood in Cairo, one of the most densely populated districts of the world. With a population of over 3 million a breeze .. Dalida has requested from the author to add the name of the neighborhood where she was born .. Dalida requested this .. Because she wanted to remember that it is Egyptian too >> dalida is egyptian star . .. In the end, thank you for the reply .. And sorry for my bad English
Dalida downright proud of Italian origins. Dalida said, but I am an Egyptian .. Strengthen the position of my words I will tell .. There are the famous song of Dalida name (the best people). The author's writing song lyrics to famous cities of Egypt. By Dalida request additional segment in which it says (either I am .. .. I'm from Shubra of its people and nice people) or as meaning that exactly .. (Shubra) is the neighborhood where she was born Dalida
Thank you very much for this clarification. All the information you said about Dalida true. Except only one part of the evidence I corrected .. Dalida parents Italians true. We have not heard of most observers in Egypt, said she sang to France or Italy or Spain.
@midoman23 She was an Italian- Egyptian star. Her parents from Calabria, Italy, but she was born in Egypt. Her real name was: Yolanda Christina Gigliotti.
Egypt was her country and also Italy and kind of France, so she was from three places in a way.
hm, i love this song. for years i'm still learning words of that song, and it's pretty hard;P. i think alain delon is handsome, and dalida is so much pretty.
caramels, bonbons et chocolats, merci , pas pour moi mais tu peux bien les offrir à une autres , qui aime le vent et le parfum des roses. moi les mots tendres enrobés de douceur se posent dans ma bouche , mais jamais sur mon cœur .. cette chanson .. je l'adore , Les chansons d'aujourd'hui ne sont pas le même
What is there not to like about this artist ?? DALIDA is perfect in every way. When the history of music is written, DALIDA's name will be there right at the top as one of the best of all times.... if not THE BEST !!.
Dalida was borned in Egypt, with italians ancestors, but she grew up and did in France. For me she is as French as DeGaulle, Louvre or Paris. She still sing in her videos as the Diva she was and still is. Is incredible but her face looks so similar like Mina Mazzini, the italian Diva who died with Swish citizenship.
@dabaok . Actually, he is not the important person in this video. Our conversation is about Dalida, and she is as Diva as Mina is. It doesn't matter if both are already dead.

Beautiful woman...
"The sweet smell of a great sorrow lies over the land
Plumes of smoke rise and merge into the leaden sky:
A man lies and dreams of green fields and rivers,
But awakes to a morning with no reason for waking
He's haunted by the memory of a lost paradise
In his youth or a dream, he can't be precise
He's chained forever to a world that's departed"
