  • If use have enough party members use will get government funding anyway dont you ? just need some local seats?

  • i love your video! Wishing you the best!

  • How do you work that out ,established 5 years?? You only started looking for a shop a year or so ago.

You are so full of your self .(shit) you believe it yourself.

Is it that your going down the swany and trying to dupe some poor b#### into thinking it was a good bussiness.

  • @Kilhamjim The shop I am in...has been an established computer shop for over 5 yrs....I should know...I worked there for 2 yrs before I went out on my own....Initially I was going to move to a different location...then the old shop came up for lease when the previous tennants moved on ...the advantage to me...is all the old customers know this shop...and continue to come back....you really should pay attention to my vids before you open your mouth...fool.....

  • Hi Ozpete. That's cool. I didn't know you were planning on going into Politics. I hope you can manage to find the right person to look after your customers.

  • G'day FAB.

My only concern is if you do get elected into politics, will this be the end of your youtube videos?

  • I think it's great you are running. At least you have the courage to stand up for what you believe instead of just sitting back and whinging about it, like a lot of people do. I may not agree with all of the policies of the Sovereignty Party but, like everyone, they have a right to put them to the vote. Good luck, mate. I hope you find your new career as rewarding as your old one!

P.S. Will we still get to see you here on YouTube?

  • Mate, I would love to buy your business but I'm missing the biggest player in any purchase lol.

In any case, I would caution against selling the business. You obviously care about it a lot and I think you would end up regretting it. A lot of politicians employ a manager while they are in politics, then go back to running their business when they leave politics.

  • Heỵ ѕᴏrrỵ ḟοr ᑲеіnց ᴏff ṭᴏpⅰc, ხսt I'm sрreadіnց ⅿỵ eҳ ɡⅰrlḟṙiеnⅾ'ѕ ѕeҳ tаpе aṙᴏuոⅾ. Wհỵ? Wеǀl, ᑲеcаusе ѕհe's a ᑲⅰṭϲհ. Sȟе ⅾeѕеṙveⅾ iṭ, sο ɡo aհеаⅾ аոⅾ ᴡаṭсհ іṭ. Tհe ǀⅰnƘ iѕ οn ⅿỵ рṙοḟіǀe (zіρ pasѕwοrd ⅰѕ 123)

  • Politics needs someone like you! xx

  • Keep the business man, if you don't get in, at least you wil have something to fall back on. Get someone to manage it.

  • Good luck.

  • I wouldn't if I were you FAB. I can see how much you care about wanting to make a change in this country but honestly theres better ways to do it without throwing away everything you've worked for many years.

  • Don't sell it mate!

  • Fuck no,do not sell it.

  • i will i get in to trouble at work because my customer service is too friendly and i spend too much time making sure my customer is happy. I know a fair bit about I.T but i don't have any savings but will run it for you til i've paid it off

  • @major23q PS if i am working the price off u will be able to keep an eye on things with out doing anything lol

  • Dont sell

  • I'd sign up. I've got 4 years of Computer programing (and picked up on some hardware skills on the way)...But I can't. I'm currently in a full time Training Coarse in Multimedia which ends this year...oh well good luck mate ;)

  • -Tax the churches.

If a church owns a business, you may have not noticed but they are tax exempt from everything.

  • I would stay the fuck out of politics, Pete, but I would be interested in your business if I weren't bankrupt and if I had some money...

  • Damn, i was considering it until he said "Don't Message me if your fucking 15 year's old" :(

  • dont sell man

  • Can you imagine when FAB goes up against an opponent in politics, all the opponent has to do is show FABs you tube uploads for e.g. fuck off we are full, the various comments against certain ppl in our society, he may even find himself on the end of some zionist extremist lies who says he is shocked by his comments,he may find himself doing 3 yrs like Brendon Oconnel did in Perth for pointing out to an extremist how his religion is full of hate and terrorism. Truth is illegal in Oz now

  • agh the days i wish i had money

  • I hope you find the right desition for you for your benefit.

  • Keep the business mate, i don't like your chances in politics, do you know much about the ins and outs of politics? If you do get in kick the zionist extremists out of our country #1 and talk about the imprisonment of fellow aussie Brendon O'connel for calling some zionists racist extremist, he got 3 yrs in Perth for this. Go to MrBrendonO'connel here on you tube for the full sad tale of Australia being taken over by zionist extremists and support this decent fellow aussie.

  • Don't do it. If you do it and you've sold your business, you'll have nothing to fall back on if the politics thing doesn't work out.

  • man ! anyone with half a brain would hire a manager to keep your customers happy, the chances are, your life in politics will be short lived, you would then still have your buisness. wake up and smell the coffee ya fat aussie b@stard

  • @mat1979chunk I have income from other ventures bud...

  • I must of missed the video of you banging your head FAB!! Don't do the politics thing ( personally I think you'll end up looking the fool). Don't sell the business. Do keep on doing what FAB does best, keeping us entertained and enlightened (sometimes)

  • First business once in power , Shut down The Plough Inn...

  • Yeah FAB. You have some good advice here, keep the business. Just look at it from your IT perspective, it's very important to back-up so when things fail you can run a restore...

  • this is what a droning alarm clock sounds like! Throw it against the wall.

  • go for it all the way

  • if you love politics and they pay well go for if F.A.B a lot of people I meet are change job for the better so hope you do well what ever you do but I think politics is more up you alley and you will get more out of life with it so give it a go.

  • Nar ur getting a good enough income so stay with that and with ur customers. Politics are stupid you would hate the media aswell. hear about that thing they were saying about tony abbot fuck me! as if he would say that about a fellow aussie!

  • Does F.A.B still live if you sale? You will make a differnce.

  • Why don't you keep, it, hire another hand, to replace you, case the politics falls through?

  • Hey Fab if you don't like the way this country is run then fuck off!

  • @gaz133133 socialist mentality right there

  • go for it mate, we need people to stand up for witch most genuine aussies belive in a fuck off all of these fat cat pricks who make all the cash while the strugglers battle on!

  • if i were old enough to vote, and you were going for PM; id definitely vote for you FAB

i watch all your videos, and iv never disagreed with anything youve said, your a true aussie and the voice of the average man in australia

we need you for pm mate :D

  • u got my vote

  • So fab you dont want to get these fucking raghead muslim basterds out of Australia ? im voting for the APP there going to get these fuckking raghead cunts out of our country dirty muslim basterds

  • I have joined the ASP VOTE 1 For FAB FOR PM !!!

  • hey fab, to sell your business you would maybe need to state that you would not open another business for a year or two (if ever), whoever buys it would need to know that you would not open another business in 6 months and take all their customers.

  • FAB - NOOOO. Just found this quote on the ASP page - "There is no evidence whatsoever of the ability of vaccines to prevent any diseases. To the contrary, there is a great wealth of evidence that they cause serious side effects." - do you agree with this? Anyways, i will stop posting as i dont want to be a troll.

  • @mar8les On Vaccines!! there is good reliable evidence and we can back it up in a "court of Law" that most vaccines have major side effects , so we will again investigate into this .. in fact all our information can be backed in a Court of Law"

and your not a troll my friend..

  • Do not sell it.

  • Well I'm just a technician with 10+ years experience (been working with computers since the old Commodore 64 days...) and building my own since '99, but I would have to say if your making any money at all with your own shop, you should stick with it. You love what you do, that shows, and the people love ya for it. I've seen and worked at a lot of shops, most couldn't give a damn. You do. Keep the shop, let some other guy get voted in (and out!) of politics. Just my 2 cents.

  • @wedotech - mate, without vaccines we would see diseases like Polio, measles, etc creep back into our society. You really want to see kids in traction? I am a little worried about a party being against vaccinations. Some vaccines contain thermosyl, but the amounts they contain are only trace amounts at most. Look it up. There is no conclusive evidence for vaccines causing harm to kids, yet there is conclusive evidence for their benefits.

  • @ASPAustralia - Surely you can see their benefits. How many kids have you seen with Polio in last few decades? Also your point - "in fact all our information can be backed in a Court of Law" - then why hasnt it been tried in a court of law? I just get so annoyed about this topic, in the end it won't be me that suffers - i have been vaccinated, it will be our children. One only has to look to the stats, as our immunisation rates are lowering, incidents of infections are rising. Vaccines work.

  • what is the business called?

  • is sing up to run the store for ya but im not employable due to being 14

  • and since they let people in free they have to make the money somwhere

  • dont sell it have a relitive or close friend and if they say sell it after you have somone running it for you then they want the money from you

  • All in all it depends on what makes you the happiest personally. Politics is never guaranteed. Someone could just as easily take the spot you were trying to fill in politics. Then you have a business that you love and care about that you're selling with a chance that you may possibly win the election. To me it's a certainty over uncertainty thing but ultimately it's up to you.

  • Bit risky mate but hey your the best person to make the decision.

  • You wouldn't mind an American moving there and taking over would you? LOL I'd love to run a computer shop, lol.

  • 6 pack of stubbies

  • 30 bucks

  • Pete....go for it man........you are a straight up guy with a lot of heart obviously....

someone has to take charge and run things right.......I am not in Aus.; I am in Canada and I respect your abilities..as a result of watching you here....

I wish you good luck in your political aspirations...

  • @cjdaddy43 $976,876,909,045....u want to send me a cheque??..lol..

  • don't do it FAB, the parties policies on taxes won't work and since you're making a good amount of money, its worth keeping.

  • why go for polotics when you are making alot of money already

  • @Justlivelife101 Its not about money.....

  • its a pretty risky thing to do, but if your heart is set on it, go for it

  • When you do this government work are you still going to be able to be FAB or is FAB to outspoken?

  • @Ericspasstime FAB will live on 4eva...lol..

  • Just checked out the Australian Sovereignty Party's Policies, don't do it FAB. - No mandatory vaccines. (really?) - No GST and no personal tax. (It would be nice not to have these taxes, but i am not sure how our economy would survive)

    - Promote organic farming. - (again nice idea, but organic crops are more vulnerable to elements and produce smaller yeilds)

    - A strong defence force to protect our borders. (sure but with no gst or personal tax how would we afford a strong defence force?)

  • @mar8les agreed , doesn't seem to add up , they seem great but unless the member's of the party have discovered the lost art of shitting $100 bill's i can see alot of promises going down the drain when they find out the money they actually have to play with.

  • @mar8les How they plan to fund the tax cuts is clearly explained in their policies bud.....other countries are doing it with success...

  • @TheFatAussieBarstard which country's?

  • @TheFatAussieBarstard i think its a awsome party i actually am in the process of applying to be a meb

  • @mar8les GST was introduced by the Howard Government on 1 July 2000, us Australian survived Without it for many years its just another TAX and nothing more!!

Yes we want to promote Healthier Eating and growing of vegetables etc we want more investigation into GM crops , Look Out Debit TAX system is easy its a Tax on all banking transactions thats it!! a 0.7 tax on all transactions!! Say you earn $100,000 etc u will save $35,000 in tax Why??? because we will abolish every other Tax in Australia

  • @ASPAustralia Someone on $100,000 will only pay $700 tax in a year! remembering there are thousands of bank transaction every day in Australia! thats how we will accumulate our revenue now Labor accumulate around $230 billion we will create $500 billion a year more then enough to pay for infrastructure and health care, free passage on all roads in Australia!! remember NO INCOME TAX GUYS..

  • @ASPAustralia Easy , but how many people in goverment do you need?. Changing peoples ideas will be hard, if its as easy as you say you will create 500 bill a year , why havent the other parties throught of this.Sound easy you can do all this , only 700 $ a year tax,

  • good on you mate i am so glad you are joining that party. i hope you can get the gun laws to be relaxed in queensland. you're going to do great mate god bless.

  • Does the new owner have to wear the company blue singlet?

  • I agree with my wife (Fontzilla)-- don't sell it. Hire a manager for it. Give them the lion's share of the profits, you take a little. Have them report to you on a monthly basis or whatever.

  • good luck in politics but dont give away your business get someone in to manage in case to politics dont work out

  • get in a manager to run the shop for you then you will still have an income from the shop, even after paying wages, then if you get sucked of with running qld you can go back to the shop

  • I bet some of your customers have PICNIC problems :P

  • Alot of the comments we agree with below Pete.....are you in a financial position to employ someone to run your business for several months whilst you go into politics?

  • Mate, put a manager in the shop to run it for you or even promote one of your techies. This political move may not work out a few months down the track. You need something to fall back on.

  • i think u should train someone to run it for u then the money comes rolling in and u don't have to do anything the if the politics does not work then i can go back to it or start something new to

  • let some 1 els run your shop

i be happy to help you run it

  • I think you should probably keep hold of it and just be a silent partner.

Keep the money rolling in, politics can prove to be very unprofitable.

  • I hope you are coming to the NYC area. IF so, see you then!

  • aww he restricted my age D=

well i guess i'll wait until september, when i'm finally 16 XD

  • put in a manager you can TRUST and is capable, but keep the business so if the politics gig doesn't work you have something that you enjoy to fall back on

  • dont sell out on us fab keep the business so you have something to fall back on in 12 months this party might not even be around im sure if you do follow this party they wont want you on youtube swearing all the time i <3 fab nd i dont wanna c him come to an end because of the asp.

  • @thefataussiebastrard if I was u I wood sell if company as a franchise just an idea

  • sounds like a lot of eggs in one basket FAB. your computer business is successful because your heart is in it, if you have just as much love for politics i'd say go for it!

  • cant you put a manager in everybody is in the same mind, your to young to throw your bussiness away twelve months down the track it could be a totaly different ball game ol mate and you would have to start again maybe not in (it) but something

    here i go ranting again

  • @oldsalty65 i give $ 25 at the most

  • @oldsalty65 I can allways start another business mate....I,ve never had an issue earning an income...

  • Fat and aussie, but definitely not a bastard if you care that much about your customers.

  • good look with what ever way ya go bud always follow your dreams

  • Don't sell.. put on a general manager. At least if things don't work out with the politics you still have your company.

  • I think ya nuts! You did ask!

  • Ya know, alot of folks bitch about their government, how it oughta be an' so forth, but very few have th' balls to get off their ass an' do somethin' 'bout it. Good for you Pete, and best of luck to ya. Th' only down side I see is that you wont have as much time for vlogging, an' ol' FAB may get a muzzle!

    Have a goodun' D-Ray

  • I suggest you work with potential buyers, just to see how they go about it.

  • Comment removed

  • Hey FAB i think its great that you want to sell up and get into politics, but have you considered hiring a fulltime manager to do everything, so you still have the nice business income without having to worry about it and put 100% of ur focus into it, i mean it just seems unusual, i have a few mates who own businesses and do not physically contribute to them anymore because they are doing other work.. but the business still has great reputation and does great work.

    just a thought?

  • if the price is right sell it, if someone else is in charge of it let them get on with it, it will be a pain in the arse if one of you resents the other

  • i think it sucks you cant find somebody to manage the business in the meantime... hell, hire itch man as the manager!

  • i WOULDNT sell it

  • Also you may want to consider hiring an individual to run the buisness, but you keep the ownership? Pay this individual well for their efforts and it may work out best for you both. He would not have to worry about the responsibility that owing a buisness requires, and you would have the extra time, to devote to do your politics? Also if things do not work out, you still have your buisness and income. This can work well, if your willing to pay this manager, like he deserves, to run a buisness.

  • Also the benefits, would allow you also to change your mind if things do not work out in the area of politics for you. of course you would have to clarify in the contract that you would have the right to reclaim the buisness at the end of the contract if you so desired. I just feel a lot is at risk, Pete -if you just sale the buisness outright! What if this doesn't work out in Politics, then you've lost the years of loyality and trust of an established buisness, and have to start over? ~ Lee

  • Pete, My honest advise (after owning a Photography buisness for 10 years) Is you may want to consider at first, just doing a lease to own type contract, allowing the new guy to see if this is really for him, adn giving you time to see if he's going to treat your customers right. Of course in this type of contract stipulations are the key ... Make sure to clarify what would break the contract, on both sides (i.e- if customer complaints reached a certain level, it would null the contract etc..)

  • Yes FAB. Don't want to hear you singing, long time ago when we was FAB. Keep the business. If your bound and bent on politics, keep the business as a silent partner.

(personally I think anyone who wants to be a politician should automatically be disqualified) but that's just me. Nothing against you. :p

  • Fab I don't think you should sell your business. Either get a partner or a Manager to look after the business for you. If the politics takes off you will have a good business to back you up. If it doesn't you could use the manager to help you expand. Who knows maybe start a chain of shops :) Either way good luck with what ever you decide.

  • FAB lots of politicians run a business while they are in party politics. Your crazy selling your business. You have no guarantee politics is going to last a long time or pay the bills. I say you should keep the business, and get someone trustworthy to run it for you. Then you have something to fall back on if the shit hits the fan...

  • FAB don't put all your eggs in one basket mate your a legend and I wouldn't wanna see you balls up

  • What about partnering it. Bring someone in and you become a silent partner but have rights to make changes. It would be sweet to live in australia and fix computers. I do it here in town and my rule is "if I can't fix it, you don't pay!"...and I haven't had a job yet that I didn't get paid.

  • You should look into having someone run it, while you sink your teeth into the new venture. Seems like the wrong idea to sell Pete.

  • fuck politics FAB stay in the computer biz

  • i would keep it with your rep in the company

  • I'll offer you $20 for your company, deal or no deal?

  • good look pete we need politicians like you over here.

  • Think I would like working with computers, I would need a lot of training though.

  • FAB if i were you i would stay the fuck out of politics. don't become one of them, you'll get dogged down in all the usual political bullshit. You've got a great business FAB, don't give it up to become a politician.

  • Couldnt you get people to work in it for you? You still get the money and can fill in your spare days there. Good luck all the same tho

  • Go into a partnership and become the silent owner. So you can still have some say in the business and do the polatics. Then you can do both

  • Sounds like you need me to run the joint while you run! lol

  • Vote Fat ussie Barstard! coming at you loud and fucking proud! with a slogan like that how could you lose???

  • get a manger to run it don't sell it

  • Politics? REally? LOL

  • you have fun

  • Politics... don't get me wrong but you don't look the man for politics -I'm just sayin.

  • fuck me fab... hire me and you can pay me in beer and housing :)

  • Don't sell, get a manager if possible!! Good luck in politics!!!!! :)

  • I wish I lived out there FAB, I've been looking for something different to do for a living that's more related to helping people while using the skills I'm talented at. Staring at a computer all day every day crunching numbers is getting kinda old.

  • do you even own a suit and tie? lol

  • It's a big decision to sell your livelihood mate but you're a big bloke and you're bound to have put plenty of thought into it so good luck with whatever you decide on.

You are obviously not short of a bob or two but I don't know how much of that is down to your business and how much of that is from somewhere else.

I'm only saying anything at all because, like everyone else, we care about what happens to you mate.

  • A few people have said it here and I'll say it myself. Don't sell the business and get a manager to run the shop. Good luck with standing for parliament.

  • my opinion mate is get a manager to run the store and give them about 60% of total profit and you receive the other 40% bro , but again its totally you choice mate ...

    cheers

    Guy

  • Id agree with most of the gang FAB, Just hire a manager to run it.

  • FAB LISTEN! Gotta get a manager to run it, have them take about 75% profit margin and you keep 25% You gotta think long term man, that safety bar is needed! Deal?

  • I am conservative I wouldn't sell. Can't you hire a manager for the biz?

  • I vote for hiring a manager and keeping the business, Pete. Noferblatz and I own a business, too. It's a good safety net in case things to pan out.

  • Comment removed

  • Pete I would hang on to your business. Politics is more unstable than what your doing now. But, fallow your heart. Much love and hugs.

  • Good luck selling FAB

  • Hello FAB, My name is Monica and I am thinking about relocating to the SunShine sate from my present location I have a big mouth (say what I think) and a lot of experience with big nobs in politics. I believe my 'customer service' is next to none and would like to apply to be your secretary.

    Love M. Lewinsky

  • @Zenmicro71 This is a crack up hahaha

  • Although. If I lived in Australia I would take it off your hands!

  • Oh man, if I'd heard about this last January when we sold our old house up North (WA) & I said goodbye to my work from home PC repair biz ...& I was looking for a new career. I would have been interested. But I've already done a year towards a medical career & bought a new house. We love the Caloundra/Noosa part of Qld : )

  • hey mate im a queenslander and Ive never even heard of the ASP. Do they even have one member in actul parliment? Always good to try something new and follow what you beleive in but not sure this is something I would personally do. I know where differnt but as previous comments have said, could you not just get a stand in manager?

  • Keep the buisness but hire a manager! Safety nets are important!

  • Hey Pete , selling your business so that you can go in to politics.

Well i wouldnt do it if i was you , but then thats your choice ofcourse Pete:)

But if thats what you want , then you should do it js.

I wish you a wunderfull evening there mate cheers!

  • ooh... curly one this is. Either way the choice and decision is ultimately yours. good luck.

  • Hey Fab , i reckon its great that your getting into politics mate....good opportunity.

could you make a video on your goal or goals as a Aussie poly...that's be great, up to you tho

  • Hey mate i think u should stay the boss of the business and get someone to manage it that way if the political side doesn't take off u still have your business and customers to go back to plus u can make sure your customers are looked after and your wouldnt have to be at the shop every day of the week so yeah just my opinion but yeah

  • Just had a look over the ASPs policies. Got to say that they look like the biggest bunch of fuckwits since the Green, no offense.

  • @leon999 No offense taken ...

  • Don't sell it, just get who ever is the most senior person under you to run it for you whilst you run for politics because I doubt that you'll get a seat. (no offence or anything, but it's a young party and your not a traditional politician and also I assume your going to run in Noosa and it's considered a safe Lib seat)

  • ASP? The Australian Sex Paper? I thought they stopped publishing that.

    Good luck Pete.

  • I'm gonna buy your computer shop and turn it into a lebanese restaurant :p

  • Couldn't you get sum1 to run it while you're gone?

  • Get a manager to run it for you, pay em whatever is appropriate, and you just earn both incomes. again, find the right person, don't let a fuck wit in that thinks only putting 1 screw in a motherboard is okay (worked for a computer shop for a week while I was studying, you can understand why it was only a week haha)

  • oi fab, don't sell it! serious dude!

  • I don't know your personally or anything, but I don't think your quite fucked in the head enough to make a go of politics! haha! Good luck brother. I think what would kill me would be the fundraising - ugh, begging and pleading for money, yuck.
