Hi I am interested in Doing AME. I live in india. Can i work in india after i finish the course ? Because in India we need a DGCA License can i convert it ?
Iam interested to take this program. My question is that after this diploma can i be eligible to apply for Aeronautical Engineering, in or outside of Canada. i.e. Pakistan ?
Nope..this is Maintenance..you will have to attend a university and study aerospace/aeronautical engineering which is more of the design and production of airplanes however you can find AME jobs in manufacturing also with the diploma
For anyone thinking about taking this program, it is very intense in the first year, you will be doing a lot of studying, the material is not hard to understand..its just a lot of things that you will have to remember..it wont be a walk in the park, do some readings before you start so you wont have to cram come exam time..your gonna be taking 22 courses 1st year..11 per semester so just get ready for it..start reading up on courses you will be taking a few months before you actually start.
Could someone tell me if this plane was once owned by northern telephone. My dad Dave aDams was mechanic on a beech 18 call letters CF PER , as a kid i also helped him also seeing it brought back a lot of memories if this is indeed the one tyvm
@MrCharliefoxtrot ...yes, that is the one...I believe...the registration would not have been changed, just de-registered in Transport Canada's system. It is currently in use by the student sof this program and is located in the hangar of the Ashtonbee campus of Centennial College.
This program is accredited by Transport Canada. Graduates who meet the accreditation standard will receive, in addition to an Ontario College Diploma, an 18 month experience credit towards a Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence. For further information,
