  • This is retarded. Getting 45-65% of your calories from carbs will ENSURE high blood glucose, not help it. Go easy on fruit, starchy veggies and grains... Stick with small amounts of low-GI fruits and fill up on non-starchy veggies instead. Most all grains are high-glycemic and should be avoided.

    And there is nothing wrong with saturated fats, that's been proven repeatedly now...

    And recommending soy?? a genetically-modified, drowned in herbicide crop full of anti-nutrients? No thanks.

  • Hey! Have you ever tried cleverous 402 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my father lost tons of weight with it.
