This is excellent. I have the mono version, very 60s. Didn't realise it had been used in a Southern TV series. Wouldn't mind seeing it, if anything survives of it.

Would this series have been shown throughout all UK regions? I've just heard of it! I wonder if any episodes still exist.

@yokai1968 I would have thought so, it was not only very popular, but more importantly, a pretty expensive show in terms of children's entertainment so they would have gone for maximum exposure.

@yokai1968 I'm pretty sure it was shown in all regions, if only for the reason to recoup the comparatively large sum of money that was lavished on the show.
