this is part from "a new beauty 4 (1982)" album. As i have it, the track's name is "Din Glorious" and its full duration is about 37 minutes, consisted of "extracts from a live exhibition in Douglas Hyde Gallery, Dublin on 8th November 1981".

It's definitely from A new form of beauty. I think it's a part of Din Glorious, which was the only track on ANFoB IV. The (original) set of 4 records has been re-released as a cd. At the time I only bought record 2, which I regret, but not so much as the fact that I never saw VP live ;-( I am glad that they don't reform though! That shows character!
I promise to tell you within a few weeks the title of song/album, unless someone finds out earlier -I have to visit my hometown first and dig up the tape from god knows where:-)

We used to play this on our balcony around 2am. What a laugh! Shouting neighbours really thought there was a lost child singing in the courtyard early morning. Don't remember the title, sorry...Some great photos there.

I know this track; we used to sing it whilst pissed on a Friday night before going to the Bradford Goth nightclub "Stars"... isn't it from the New Form of Beauty singles? I'll try and double check for you. Nice vid btw!
