FEEN YENS please not FEN YENS, otherwise not half bad, tho' the Americans did inform the British in Canada , Hey I love England Ireland Canada and USA. Eireann go Brach
despite ur few innacuracy's it was awrite for being quickly put the gither , anyone's going to defend thier own , but you have to remember that , given the time and era the diaspora from Ireland wanted to inflict any damage on the british at the cost of anyone,a mean the brits were hardly the bastion of fairness and decency , to put it mildly in the North American war with the French and it was their pure arrogance that eventfully saw their own arse kicked in the battle of Independence ,l8ter DB
If only people would stop stirring up shite from the past. (especially when they don't know what they're talking about)What's done is done, what's won is won what's lost is lost and gone forever
Fair play, the Irish got a free NA. From the last stand 2 Canada's Ind. Ireland have inflicted the largest defeat of any British force ever at the Battle of Blackwater.
@Gaeilge2000 Well Canada did techincally exist before 1867. Upper Canada and Lower Canada were known as the Canada throughout most of their colonial History. The first unification (Lower Canada and Upper Canada into Canada) was in 1841 under Lord Durham. 1867 marks the merger of our original provinces as well as a movement towards national autonomy. I don't mean to be rude by saing this, I'm just a stickler over this date :P.
i.m scottish and i dislike misinterpretations and misnomers as much as the next, but give him a fuckin break lads. as if you have never said something wrong, get of your high horses ya hippocritical bastards
It appears that i stirred up a shit storm with this video. Apologies to the people who pointed out my mispronunciations. As for the song, this video was made in one night. the closest song i could find was "Johnny Reb" although i did have have prior knowledge of the origins of this song.

No one can capture or conquer Canada it's full of patriots. So far the Americans, and "half Americans/Irish" have failed, ahaha Canada forever.

You're crappy jokes might of been humourous if you could actually pronounce Fenian properly.

LOL.. it always amuses me when a North American tries to pronounce words originating from elsewhere.
In this case it's pronounced "FEE-NEE-UNS" (I'm from Ireland.)
trelard 4 years ago
