Hemp seed oil is great in the spectrum of oil content. It is one of the few oils that has all the oils neccessary to survive Omega 3,6,9. The GLA is a Omega 6 oil that can be reguarded as hormonal dynamite if too much is taken. It's like a sugar high then a crash. It has antioxidants too. It is very heathly minus the GLA depending on a lot of things. Read up on GLA in the Zone Diet. I don't know what the hemp oil consists to make any assumptions other than what Rick says.

I'm not sure about hemp seed oils concentrations so I just eat the shelled seeds. Which u can buy LEGALLY because the only part of it that contains thc (the shell) is removed. And u just eat em like sunflower seeds or sprinkle them in food. Very rich nutty flavor. They also have ALL GOOD FATS even better than soy or olive oil. I just eat a handful a day. U can get em online or in any natural food store. So 99 have ur dad eat those. Beneficial and TOTALLY legal.

Here's the thing the product that Rick Simpson is calling Hemp Oil is really Cannabis Oil or (Marijuana Oil) because hes extracting oil from the cannabis plant not from the hemp plant . Hemp and Cannabis are two different plants from the same family and that's why they are both illegal in the US. They are both beneficial to the human health. Ingesting Hemp is good for preventing illnesses like cancer while ingesting Cannabis is good for curing illnesses like cancer. I hope this information helps

i had the same reaction when i emailed hempoil.ca and got a rather testy response (my original reason for emailing them was that they had hemp oil, and hemp seed oil used on the site, but the tag is hemp oil, and the heading is hemp oil).

i mentioned that it was misleading.

that got their dander up......basically they were trying to imply that rick was misleading, and said there's no medical evidence (as if any is needed) and that it should rightly be called "marijuana flower oil"

I live in california and theres a store here called Whole Foods and they sell hemp seed oil on there shelf for like 20 bucks it's used for cooking also u can use the seed oil to make your tinctures. Don't get scammed.

Cannabis oil extract will cure cancer. Hemp SEED oil will NOT cure cancer.

But cannabis extract will cure cancer. Rick Simpson calls it "Hemp Oil" It's the THC and cannabinoids etc that cure. Not the seeds.
