100 sit ups and push ups is getting in, but including pt and challenging eachother, we would do about 200-300 push ups and bout 160-200 sit ups. Water water water...physically you will smash, but the reading, tests and practicals are a BEAST!!!!
@mphk55 I'm working on it...Mecklenburg County Sheriff Office is in the works. My brother is a sgt, so just trying to get in where I know iths possible. Good luck with your training this fall.
