I really recommend Spybot. I used AVG and Malwarebytes. Both said my computer was clean, but when I used Spybot Search and Destroy it found about 100 problems with my computer.

For keylogger programs you have to find a scanner that will tell you that. There are a bunch of them out there. Dude- U gotta google your questions-- you can almost always find your answers that way. Spybot helped me with a nasty Zbot infection

@kent062 I don't know what kind of fucked up scan-ware is on your computer mate but my conclusion is that that is where the virus comes from. What you need to do is try to bring up task manager and delete the "program with the most rising numbers." Then follow the tutorial here.

To get rid of your virus you would need to download an anti virus software.

guys I had a spyware pop up called spyware protector 2009 and it was a real spyware that got in my computer if you guys have encounter this then do not use spybot because spybot is garbage and my computer teacher was stupid enough to use it on her and now her is even more fucked up. I told her that superantispyware killed spyware protector 2009 on my laptop but she wouldnt belive so now her pc is still fucked up. Guy i really recommend superantispyware rather then spybot because it is free too

You choose what you want to delete Spybot just tells you if theres a bad code in a file.

Spyware Terminator is a good program for prevention but not detection so if you know if you have a clean computer install it use malwarebytes and superantispyware for detection.

Spybot used to be the best but even knowing this does not mean you should not use it.

EXAMPLE #1 A client of mine had his pc scanned with 5 different scanners to make sure his pc was clean and it kept on crashing.

I used spybot,superantispyware free edition,mcafee,norton,Smitfrau­dFix.exe and nothing was found. then i used free F-SECURE online scanner and it found 32 infections and a rookit and he is now a happy camper.

Yes, cuse this is a anti-spyware-adware software and not an antivirus product. I think you should install "malwarebytes" and "superantispyware" for removal of spysheriff but this is also good to have.

Spybot Search and Destroy is an O.K. spyware/malware removing program, but in the "Immunization" it is horrid. I just had to apply a system restore to my PC about a minute ago after i decided to Immunize my PC. About 10 minutes into the Immunization process it asked me to allow 9356 changes to my registry/configurations, me being an idiot accepted... Trying to test out my "cleaner" PC I slugged my way onto CCS and youtube, but none would even load, stating the registry was corrupt and damaged..
