You could have turned this into a decent techno song. Instead you just added drum beats. You didn't modify the original song at all. You have talent, but this is not a good demonstration of it.
Sometimes a remix is not about trying to one up the original. Sometimes it's just a tribute. Well done. I like the fact you didn't interfere with the original and kept everything low in the mix.

I know this remix is far from perfect, and I have added a 'clause' in the video's description to let everyone know I am not oblivious to the limitations of this remix. This is just a fun little thing I did in my spare time (to be specific, about an hour of my time) and the only consideration I made was to make sure the original, underlying guitar track and video is not altered.
@Tal15man You're right it's a little offbeat but the original you made is just awesome! You got some serious talent there keep it up man! & the chinese hat just adds to the video's originality, it looks like raiden from MK playing one crazy song on a guitar! Might i suggest that you do a remix with just a base beat with nothing added to it because all that you added kinda overshadows what you're playing & what you're playing is definitely the best part! Can't wait to hear more!
Poor. You didn't keep the intregrity of the song at all. You should emphasize his bass line rather than trying to make a new one, and create underlying leeds which follow his lead.

You can't compare the original song with this one.
It's another version and there are a lot of other remakes from other songs, which are really bad.
