Natalie Bassingthwaighte is an amazing artist. Her early work in her solo career and her time with the Rogue Traders she proved that she is brilliant. This performance was crap, and anybody that has seen her perform before knows she can do a thousand times better. Nat was a fantastic judge on the show and anybody that doubts her singing abilities should just check this out "Rogue Traders - What You're On - LIVE !!!"

I'm a big fan of hers but this performance wasn't that great, probably because it was the first. The Nickelodeon KCA's performance was much better, and the one she did a few weeks ago with all four judges was incredible!!

Natalie is an AMAZING singer she started in musical theatre and has many rave reviews from her live singing. every artist is going to have a few bad performances and she hasnt been performing for over 2 years this was her first since having a baby...... so give her a damn break. why do you all feel the need to be horrible and insulting? clearly you lot are no better since you spend your time judging people who are more successful than you on youtube. pathetic

@SaintsOfTheSinners No you don't need to be able to sing, I think it's more about having enough industry experience. Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Sharon Osbourne and Kyle Sandilands can't sing or at least I think they can't. Besides Nat can sing, did you see her sing Someday Soon a few weeks back? It was really good. This one I admit wasn't up to scratch but we all have our off days. She's only human.

OMG! I read all the comments while waiting for this to load, and began to watch expecting the worst, all to be just MASSIVELY impressed. ONE: She's NOT lipsynching! The song is synethesised to the S**T, yet there she is singing over the back-up track. The come the chorus, no back-up is needed, she's completely live! How can anyone think this performance is bad? It's one of her best!!!!!!

The song itself isn't that bad, (unadventurous, yes, but pretty standard pop for the charts at the moment), but the performance lacked energy (perhaps there's an explanation though?), and her voice was a little off-key. It's not that she can't do it either, I've seen her energetic and fantastic in the past.
