Hey you guys, I'd like to point something out. I can understand how because the artwork of this anime is similar to Fushigi Yuugi, most people would comment on how Touya resembles Tamahome. But if you look closely, the character design is quite different.

Not just the hair color, Tamahome's eyes and larger whereas Touya's are narrower. Also, Touya is fairer in complexion than Tamahome and he has a more pointed chin.
