"Hell Bent for Leather" has all of Frankie's great western songs. I used to play the LP and dance around while singing to Rawhide and Gunfight at OK Corral and The 3:10 to Yuma.

Frankie had such a marvelous voice and it is preserved here and that is great...you can dance along and sing, too!

Yuma is Yuma, Arizona. 3:10 to Yuma is the time the train leaves the station bound for Yuma. No indication where the station is nor am or pm. Probably 3:10 pm. (afternoon)

Whoa! I just learned that the "3:10 to Yuma" of 2006 (or so) was a remake.

Did the producers use Frankie Laine's version of this song in their movie? If so, and if I had known, I may have gone to see the movie. Frankie Laine had such a powerful voice, but he knew how to control it, so it was capable of great empathy and expressiveness.

@iwanagaa1919 Yes.A couple years ago,I got a double set of both the original version and the one with Russel Crowe and Christian Bale.The first was much better.Casting Glenn Ford as the bad guy was genius!
