Final Fantasy VI Playthrough (133) Great Experience Spot

this spot isn't working for me. when i walk in here i fight a few dinosaurs sure but then suddenly i run into FREAKING ATMA and it kills my whole party...and i forgot to save. any other spots u can think of?

For a quick/painless battle, use the "vanish/doom" technique. It works on both the Tyrano and Braceosaur, and the battle will last only about 10 to 20 seconds. Note that the Braceosaur can drop an Economizer making all magic spells cost 1MP.

lol nice spot. But I found one better. First get the exp egg(or growth egg on gba version) and then go to the desert on the east of the final temple. Then, alone and with the exp. egg equipped, use X-zone(or banish on the gba version) and if it works, you´ll get 14000 exp per battle.

ah yes the easy exp. spot watch out for bracosaur he's very hard use ice and bum rush

Where can you get an Atmaweapon (the sword)? I need it to clear the Toer of Kefka.

The Atma Weapon can be found in the Sealed Gate Cave, if you're past that part I don't think you can get it.

You can also steal it from the final boss.

This is known as The Velt. This is a great place to gain gold and exp. points. Every once in a while, You'll run into a Brontosaurus. They are EXTREMELY difficult to defeat. Beat one and You'll gain incredible exp. points and gold along with Magic pts.

it is the best place...but to do it faster only send out 1 player, have him equip the first attack, have a gengi glove and use setlzers dice attack, that way you kill him on the first attack and you can alternate players, very fast way of getting experince

i don't know if it's the best place to level up out of all the ff's. Omega Ruins from FFX was awesome; I think the smallest amount you could get was 5k from a Zaurus (that little lizard thing that can petrify you if you don't have the right armor) and that's if you don't have Double AP or Overdrive->AP which is pretty easy to get if you're willing to put in a lil extra time

I use that place for leveling too, but whenever I try to level up Relm it glitches up on me when I use her "sketch" command. I don't know why, but it won't let me use it on this creature. The game goes all buggy and starts messing up. I'm playing on the SNES. I don't know if ti does it in other versions, or maybe it's just MY game. Has anyone else experienced this?

You've just experienced the infamous Relm Sketch Bug. It happens sometimes when Relm tries to sketch large monsters or invisible ones.

iknow this place its the best place in the game for leveling :) its the best ff game.
