The Men's version is basically just dark chocolate that's more bitter in taste...many girls in Japan don't really like chocolate that's too bitter...so the dark choc versions of Japanese confectioneries are sometimes marketed for the guys, and the regular milk choc versions for the girls.

It is called OUSAMA-GAME / 王様ゲーム。　One person becomes the king and everyone else has a number. The king randomly orders stuff like number 1 and number 4 must kiss, and stuff like that.(^o^)v Hope that helps!
