Employers need to go on strike against employees. These people are hellbent on the ultimate dollar figure earned, and not the time, effort, talent, and investment it took to achieve that dollar figure.
I don't care if a store owner makes $1M a year and has a cashier making $10/hr. Want more? Ask for a raise, or find a new job if you think you can get more. But stealing is stealing, and using coercion/intimidation to get more money is sick, and damages employment for the rest of us.

Unionization in itself isn't bad, having a collective negotiation for similar job functions isn't terrible. It's when unions use force on employers, and political influence, to get their way, that it becomes the problem we know and love today.

If you don't think CAPITALism is not about capital over laborers, you need to go back to college and take economics 101. There's nothing extreme about anything he said; 90% of the industrialized world has state-run healthcare, and that was his only specific example of "communism".

If wages have to be increased to account for a minimum wage, then it will leave less money for the company to spend on its infrastructure, whic his more than likely drive up the cost of the final product, if not put the company out of business. So far, every single example of government intervention in this way has shown a decline and then retardation of growth in that country, but also debilitating shortages. If capitalism is not beneficial to workers and consumers, then communism and socialism for a fact is detrimental to them.

Of course, the vast majority of dictators have been anti-free market (though some were aligned w/ right wing groups, most could hardly be considered "Libertarian"). Pinochet also did improve Chile, albeit in a fundamentally poor way. Chile's easily the nicest place to live in South America, though.
