I NEED YOUR HELP. My dad is slowly dying. He has many allergies, severe asthma, and is living off of not 2, not 1, not 1/2 but 1/4 of a lung. A week ago he came out the hospital I would say a mentally damaged. This morning he had a cardiac arrest and right now is living off life support. A tube through his throat to the stomach...Prayers are needed please, I just turned 17 and need him. God is great & does unexplainable things. I pray but let God do what He wants! I just need strength.

@thevinnylover143, My dad is doing fine. As is the case when people have strokes he suffered from left side paralysis but his recovery after the stroke was remarkable. He could even speak the day of the stroke. A doctor said it was a miracle. It was quite a hectic time in our lives and we dealt w/a lot but there is nothing that God can't get us through and I know that from first hand experience. My dad and your dad will continue get better and be 100% again. You're welcome that is what children

My friend got in a car wreck today. She crawled out of the car and the emt that checked her over came up to me when I was in the hospital with her and asked me if she was religious. I said no. He said well, she is now. He told me that when he came up to her lying on the ground, she was muttering a prayer from the bible. She doesnt go to church. God works in Mysterious ways, but He is and will forever be, our creator.

I remember one Sunday at church, one of my pastors had everyone raising their arms, and there was no instruments being played, and one of my other pastors was leading everyone in the congregation while singing this song. It was absolutely amazing how powerful the presence of the Lord was.
Praise God and all He does for us! Us teenagers have to stick together and lift each other up daily! We face a world of drugs, alcohol, suicide, gangs, and more. I've been in three of those places and the Lord Jesus saved me from myself. And for that I am ever thankful! I will stand and raise my arms high and leave my heart abandoned!

It was quite a hectic time in our lives and we dealt w/a lot but there is nothing that God can't get us through and I know that from first hand experience. @ thevinnylover143 cont.... of God should do, encourage and pray for one another. So, from my experiences no matter how bad things may look and be put all your trust and faith in God and he will pull through for you. He will never abandon those who are faithful to him. And don't get too stressed or worried leave it in God's hands. :)

My friend got in a car wreck today. She crawled out of the car and the emt that checked her over came up to me when I was in the hospital with her and asked me if she was religious. I said no. He said well, she is now. He told me that when he came up to her lying on the ground, she was muttering a prayer from the bible. She doesnt go to church. God works in Mysterious ways, but He is and will forever be, our creator.

He doesn't make bad things happen to people but He can take those bad things and turn them to good for those who serve Him.

this song became a lot to me in the past year . being a teen and with everything else that I COULD be doing and all the decisions i could be making that will not bring glory or honor to Christ . I remember one Sunday at church, one of my pastors had everyone raising their arms, and there was no instruments being played, and one of my other pastors was leading everyone in the congregation while singing this song. It was absolutely amazing how powerful the presence of the Lord was.

Praise God and all He does for us! Us teenagers have to stick together and lift each other up daily! We face a world of drugs, alcohol, suicide, gangs, and more. I've been in three of those places and the Lord Jesus saved me from myself. And for that I am ever thankful! I will stand and raise my arms high and leave my heart abandoned!

ForChriststanding- Sorry you got made fun of but you'll receive a reward for it. I was one of the ones making fun of the Christians in high school. I got saved at 21 and was ignorant to tell truth. Hopefully many of those who persecuted you are now or will be saved and looking back at the faith you had as encouragement!

I am 19 i have been made fun of when i was in high school but i didn't care because i know what is right and defending my faith is very importat! Jesus died for us all! Lets give him all the praise he deserves. not that he needs but deserves! He is my hero now and forever! It makes my heart jump for joy when i see people come together to worship the lord! @lovealfalfax3 that is NOT a true christian way to act. We are called by God to love EVERYONE, not just believers. We should show more love to those who don't have God in their hearts. Honestly, it's a sin to judge someone because their beliefs are different than yours. People like this give christians a bad name. 3 of my best friends are atheists and all i can do is set a good example and hope their hearts find God like mine did. Leave the condemning to Hell to God, it's not your job

@lovealfalfax3 If you judge them you shall be judged. When judas betrayed jesus and while the guards were going to take him away jesus called judas friend. Follow the greatest commandment. Love God with all that you have and love others as you love yourself. I only say this to you so that you will not lead people away from God. For when you say they go to hell you speak judgment on them and you shall be judged the same way by God. Repent for this so you may live everlasting with god.
