  • Hi Rita If you chill the mixture til its firm..divide it into 2 portions....rolls into a log in wax paper or plastic wrap...rechill. When ready to serve roll one half in chopped toasted walnuts or pecans & other log roll in chopped fresh parsley..lay them side by side on a tray or separately. That way people slice off a round of it & it keeps it neat & tidy instead of glopped up If its not all eaten the cut end can be trimmed neatly, rechilled & saved Much neater, cleaner, attractive & practical
