If he isn't bothered then he should just stay out of it. Also, his half-assed argument about where will the gays get the children from to adopt is ridiculous. Also, this trial bares many similarities to a similar case in 1964 where the voters of California voted to overturn a law banning discrimination on the basis of race. The courts overturned that and they will overturn this. The oral arguments may not have looked good but they will debate the issue many times before June 3.
