^I'll say that next time an HIV+ patient walks into clinic with Apergillosis, pneumocystis jirovecii or sight threatening CMV and a CD4+ count in their boots - it'll be of great comfort to them i'm sure.
@ocuma10 the problem is that nothing is 'documented' and this is what he's talking about. He doesn't believe in the hiv>aids causation, because there is no proof of it. For Christ Sake - hiv wasn't even isolated and purified from a hiv + person! Whole hiv>aids hypothesis is clearly emotional and political, but there is very little science in there. They spent 250 billion dollars and still can't purify hiv retrovirus. So Mullis is perfectly right. I have a tremendous respect for the guy
Think of the underlying law of nature. The way of all things.
Consider its astounding inferences and implications.
The single, underlying law ... of nature! Not merely of physics, chemistry, psychology, biology, etc., but of all known fields of inquiry. The law we can all relate to, identify, understand and apply.
Ask yourself. What is the underlying law of nature?
Delight in the question. Have fun in the process of finding the answer firsthand for yourself.
actually lysergic acid itself was found hundreds of years ago in a fungi that grows on rye (WHEAT)
thats where albert hofmann found it there writings of some societies hundresds of years ago that horses would eat the fungi sleep for a day wake up and feel fine
He's also brilliantly on-point when he questions all of the bogus science that continues to drive the endless search for a cure to the bogey man disease (aka HIV/AIDS).
Remember that time Kary Mullis tried to cite the statement "HIV causes AIDS" but couldn't find a source. So he asked every HIV scientist he could find, including Montagnier (the discoverer of HIV), and none of them, not even Montagnier could give him the source article proving causation. He still has never seen proof. Interesting....
@benedictive I remember it well. And yeah, there is still no answer tho this question... One has to wonder why. In last interview I've seen Montagnier said that a healthy organism eliminates hiv in about 2-3 weeks, so the way to fight aids in Africa is the "providing clean water, increasing genital hygiene and treating diseases like malaria". I see them preparing ground to retreat from the failed hypothesis of hiv>aids causation, but still not ready for a final painful move
@benedictive Which is strange, since there are hundreds or even thousands of papers that confirm HIV as the causation of AIDS. I'm skeptical that he didn't receive any sources from the scientists he asked, there are so many in the early years. Of course, when it was first identified, HIV was called HTLV-III.
Thank you Kary. He's so right. It's that quiet time when your mind can travel to a place to recieve special information. Sometimes I think these ideas come from some other place (outside of us) but maybe they just come from some deep place in the brain or even the unconcious and are brought forward.
Perhaps our best work is done in our unconcious sleep state and brought forward later.
He's had another epiphany lately: that HIV does not cause AIDS, and the tests he designed are useless. This cannot be dismissed, just search Kary Mullis AIDS
I don't know about his tests for HIV, but a lot more people are starting to agree with him about HIV not causing AIDS. Look at how many people have been living for decades with HIV and are quite healthy (Majic Johnson comes to mind).
What's amaing about this "epiphany" is that the very test that he invented and won the Nobel Prize with is the same test that improved the accuracy of HIV testing.

what are you talking about? Just because you win the Nobel Prize doesn't mean you're brilliant, just means you got lucky and figured something out that nobody else did, it's true. Doesn't mean you know everything about everything. This is the same guy who doubts HIV causes AIDS....

@ocuma10 Hear, hear. He got the Nobel Prize for improving PCR, other than that he's a bit of a weak link.

be careful! Ergot sclerotium (the name of the fungi) produces ergotamine and no lysergic acid. ergotamine is a precursor used to synthesize LSD

I wish Kary would say something about how unreliable the PCR test is at estimating viable virus.
